Not coming back. Put a sign up saying “We will watch you excessively & make you feel uncomfortable.” Everybody got a stank attitude. I went at 9:30pm on a Saturday when there was hardly any people just like I wanted because I’ve been exhausted lately. You get stared at the whole time, like you’re stealing especially if you’re a person of color and then they ask to check the bag after watching you pay. This was way too much, felt like invasion of privacy and harassment. I might as well have showed them my pockets next.

Walking into this Ross feels like entering a high-security zone. Alarms are going off constantly, employees are on edge and watching like hawks, ready to tackle someone at any moment. The vibe? Guilty until proven innocent. If you're just there to shop, be ready to show your shoes, bag, and receipt with a straight face—no “thank you” smiles here, it’s serious business. You pay, then foot away, someone waiting to check receipt and merchance. Honestly, it’s wild. I feel bad for the employees too—must be incredibly stressful working in that kind of atmosphere. It was not the most pleasant shopping experience. Crazy be forewarn lol somethings has got to change not taking my kid there he'll walk out traumatized.

Best staff members very welcoming very helpful good price on quality products thumbs up to everyone in the shop who puts a 100 percent to get us good service keep it it's not easy to please people but Iam one grateful customer thank you ohh and my kids love the shop.

This store is dirty and ghetto. Does not fit the aesthetic of the area. Then they check your receipt before you the leave the store after they watch an employee check you out 1 foot away. It’s an enough Rosses in the area that are nicer and don’t treat you like you’re stealing that I don’t need to come to this one. Luckily the tj maxx is next door so I can skip this store when I’m in presido.

Everything was good, except for the group of people standing outside, asking for money, and even, asking customers to buy them clothes and shoes, I think they are kind of sketchy, my wife and I decided to go without getting anything, because they were following us all over the store, but other than that it was " okay"

We shopped for many Angel trees today and the manager Valarie and the cashier Breanna were absolutely fantastic! Having 6 baskets packed full was a lot and Valerie made this soo much easier than it’s been in the past! Give this woman a raise because she is raising the bar of this location 10000%
Customer service was definitely above and beyond today.
