Went today Friday September 8th and GIGI was the rudest person I have ever met. As a previous manager and Sally’s worker for many years I was disgusted. The fact she couldn’t comprehend a phone number after us repeating it almost 6 times. and then got mad because she wasn’t understanding. and then proceeded to ask for my address and zip code to locate my account which didn’t make any sense and isn’t protocol at all. She had attitude the entire time and kept rolling her eyes and looking at us so rude. GIGI is the worst Sally’s employee I have ever met and one of the rudest customer service employees

Came in to the store to get a couple of things. Store is nice and neat. But I notice the sales girl following me around the store, never asked if I needed anything. But faked pretending to front face the already neat store. 3 guests in the store, but one of them following me around like I was going to steal something. When I picked the product and turned around, I saw her coming down the aisle and immediately turned in front of me and gave her a nod. Smh, I'm never coming back. I rather go to Ulta or Sephora or Target. I won't be followed there.

McKenna was the best! I drove around to 4 different Sally locations and she was the only one willing to call other locations to verify if the product I was looking for was in stock. She found a store and placed the item on hold for me. She went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful whenever I encounter such caring people like her in this world.

I love Sally's, but not this location. Staff is not friendly at all. The lady I spoke to was actually argumentative. I will stick with the Sally's on 377

Ashlyn and McKenna (I believe I spelled those correctly) were so helpful and kind. I was mostly working with McKenna and had so many questions, but she answered them so patiently and helped me out with whatever I needed. She let me know which items were on sale and for how long the sale would last, and that was just the extra mile for me. I've been to this Sally multiple times and have never had a bad experience with the products or people. Definitely a shop worth frequenting. Big thanks to the girls who helped me today!

I found what I needed. Hair dye was stocked, most colors and brands were available on the shelf. I was promptly greeted when I entered and asked if I needed help. I quickly found what I was looking for in the hair dye isle. I then moved on to the make-up and nail polish isle. The items on that isle were very limited. A lot of Nail Buffers were out of stock and I purchased the last nail clippers set. There was plenty of acetone and nonacetone.I quickly checked out with the ladies up front. The only thing that was odd was when I was asked if I wanted to carry my items out or have a bag? ? I had 5 items, I think a bag is warranted... If the store is wanting customers to bring in their own bags they need to state that to customers, have an incentive or something so customers can get use to an "Aldi" bag policy.

I decided to do my roots at home. I was very scared being so I am platinum blonde and it’s very easy to damage your hair. Two young girls were working today and were extremely helpful in picking out the right products for me. Sally’s now has a professional salon stylist service you can FaceTime and get professional advice. I was scared but I did it anyway and my roots turned out perfect at home with no toner. This literally saves me $500 a month! Thank you!
