they do the complete opposite of what you ask for , wanted a haircut to my shoulders in a V shape and long curtain bangs , she cut my hair the way she wanted to , leaving my hair to my neck , no V shape just all across the same and questioned me when I told her go longer on the bangs. And the audacity to still ask for a tip when the service wasn’t even half of what you ask for

Trash I ask for a midtaper he even said okay he gave my brother a mid taper but me cut my hair bald what does he not understand he even said okay mid taper and I said yeah bro he's is so dumb never go there and it's expensive 30 dollars

The lady I spoke with about the price was very courteous and professional. I felt like it was too much so I'm going to the next place only $10 less. It was a great haircut, however, will be going to Salon Hugo my next move. Like I said the customer service was amazing upbeat positive vibe.
