Their kindness brought smiles to my child's face. I am truly grateful for people who do things out of the goodness of their hearts. May Jehovah GOD BLESS THEM 🙏 Thank you all!

Highly agree with the rude Hispanic volunteer. Line was to the freeway ramp so you didn't know that's the line you needed til it was too late. Only place to turn around and try to join line was mcdonalds. Volunteer booted us from line with no instructions on how to get BACK in line yet was letting others go around the line and jump up front. We didn't even get our gifts because of this volunteer. I have anxiety and depression so getting there was already a big deal just for this to happen. No organization, nobody at the end of street to turn on direction us where to go. Thanks for the disappointment

I’ll never sign up for the angel tree program again. This location is so disorganized it’s a shame the car line goes down the street and around the side of 35 service road I’ll be damn I sit in line waiting for their sorry cheap ass gifts again. The Goodfellow fund was way more organized and faster service good thing I bought a few Christmas gifts for backup and ahead of time just in case of shit like this and also they have racist Hispanic officers volunteering there. They really only look out for their own. I will be dealing with the Goodfellows and Cowboy Santa from here on out!!!!

Keep on doing what you do. But, maybe make sure there is someone sitting up front to let people in. Always seem to be hard to get into the donation room.

I will NEVER volunteer or support the Salvation Army again. I volunteered to help with the Angel Tree distribution. As a volunteer, I was treated extremely rude by one of the employees while assisting with filling toy requests for children. Employees were yelling at volunteers and I personally witnessed and experienced volunteers being treated extremely rude by the staff. I no longer respect anything that this organization stands for. This is an organization that desperately needs volunteers. But, the staff is too terrible to keep the volunteers.

It is the first time that I ask for gifts for my children, and I am surprised, I thought they would only give me a gift of what my child wanted and they were very kind, my children will be happy for Xmas, we thank you very much!
