Wish I could them 0 stars. Had tires installed on 4/12. Tpms light comes on while driving. Go back to the store and they say 1 sensor is broke and the other 3 are not registering. Sensors get fixed, leave and 30mins later light comes on again. Go back to the store then they say tires are overinflated. Tech says fixed overinflation and recalibrated. Leave the store again and 30 mins later tpms light comes on again. Get it together Sam's eastchase. Finally went to another Sam's in Burleson and the tech fixed the problem right the first time. All because they didn't program the sensors to the right car with push start instead they programmed them to a car with key start. So frustrating. I will never go back to this tire center.

The lady manager and the tire shop employee Saijan deserve 5+ stars but the employee Ali who caused a stressful morning -0 stars. I noticed a nail in my tire in the morning but since I have a really busy schedule my mom offered to take my car to Sam’s because that’s where I got all of tires installed. I have been member for years and I always had I believe his name is Steven help me out and I never had an issue. I did mention him to my mom because he was the one to install my tires and check my car. He unfortunately wasn’t there. My mom does speak good English but it is her third language and she might have a deep accent but she is sweet, when she went into the shop the worker that starting talking to my mom was Ali she did let him know that I am on the phone and would like to explain the issue and all the details. He told my mom we have someone who speaks Russian without even talking to me first. Right from the start this man was rude, my mom gave him the phone so I can try to explain that there’s a nail in my tire and that membership is in my name and my mom just offered to take my car because I am at work and tire is pretty much flat. He barely listened to me he didn’t want too, then gave phone back to my mom and I could hear he told her there’s a line and go inside kept rushing and interrupting her not even letting her say a word just said there’s someone who speaks Russian. Like dude I’m on the phone trying to explain the issue to you in English and my mom speaks English she’s speaking to you in English right now. Me and my mom were call during the whole situation and he was just disrespectful for no reason. I then call Sams club to speak with the manager and explain that my mom is there at the tire department and the employee is being rude to her and not letting her explain and interrupting. It was lady manager and she was super nice and went down to speak to them right away. I then called my mom back and the manager was already there and she apologized not Ali but her and he tried to say something about misunderstanding, how can there be misunderstanding when you didn’t listen you just went straight to interrupting. Him trying to mentioned something about his accent when it’s not even about that, me and my family are Eastern European and Mideastern this isn’t about accent this is about manners and respect simple. My mom’s accent is as deep as his and she was being respectful and nice to him and he was an ass. He didn’t even apologize and even with manager present while I’m on the phone he had an attitude with me, meanwhile I’m calm he is straight up coming at me not letting me say a word. We all have our days but that doesn’t mean to be rude to people and I know so many people that are from around the world and yes they have an accent but they also have manners and respect for others. I don’t know what his problem is but he needs to fix it and have a better attitude because there’s no reason to be this damn disrespectful and rude.
Saijan was the employee that ended up helping my mom and explaining everything to her in a calm and respectful manner. He had the patience and was calm unlike Ali that was pretty much attacking with his words and my mom felt like he didn’t even want to help her. Saijan is a great employee and his customer service skills are on point, but Ali on the other hand yall need to sit that man down and have a chat with him for sure.

Order tires online with a installation.
They took an extra hour to change the tires.
Recommend dropping off the car.

Had a scheduled flat. Waited around until I was called to be told that they didn't have my tire and that it would be a few days for ordering. You would think that's something that would be checked prior to scheduling.

Service not good waited for 30 min to finally greet me . They came in and out never said a word untill after . Finally told them I need my tired fix because it had a nail o bought tires there . He said no sorry we busy is only 1 guy n him . But there are no Cars outside and there 3 other guys just sitting there on phone. You would clearly see them trew door. Not mention they still had more than enought time before closing time 6pm I'm guessing they all take a break from 6pm to 7pm .. if you need help make sure you come before 6pm ..

Update after 3 months,
My tires were not properly balanced. And the tires have brown stains from exposure to long term heat from the warehouse. Will find a different Sam’s club to get my tire’s balanced. Online reviews of Walmart and Sam’s club tire employees were right, have to watch closely to how the workers install tires.
I ordered tires online, email confirming came to the store. The email did not state one must make an appointment for tire installation. Good thing i called first before driving 30 miles! I will update on the actual installation and look closely how the technicians work because most Walmart and Sams club tire places have awful reviews.

Very professional in helping me search for the best tires for my jeep. Awesome price for a set of 4 along with a great warranty. Installation was in a timely manner and I also got $40 off for being a prime member!!!

this place is outstanding. The staff is a little on the moody side, however it is very clean and always stocked up. The isles are wide and spacious and the deals are always on. The food is excellent and the Gas is very well priced. The lady greeting us was very friendly as always. It is a joy to see her every time we visit. and the Pizza / Hot Dogs special.. you can never beat a good lunch!all in all A++ always.. love it. The smiles I get is always a plus for me!

This is a review of the optical office. I went to the Sams in my area, no optometrist. Went next door to the Walmart, appointment for 2 weeks out. I called 2 more Sams, and this location gave me an appointment for the same day. I was originally planning on just getting the prescription and ordering online. Maximina was so absolutely nice and helpful. Gave me the rundown on how to get the most out of my membership. She's not the optometrist, but should be. The optometrist was virtual and she did all the work on location. She really cares about patient satisfaction, and I had such an easy time with her.

So normally ignore those people asking me who use for my phone service but this guy stopped me named Shanier Harrison...and may i say this guy saved me $300 on bill, but also upgrade every line to the newest phone and answers everytime i called. Review is for cafe only. It's been a minute since I've been to this Sam's Club. I was in the area so I decided to grab a slice of pizza and cinnamon pretzel to-go. I really wanted a churro, but this location didn't have any.The woman taking orders was sweet, but you could tell she was overwhelmed. She asked the manager to help in Spanish. But the manager was very rude once she attempted to help. You could tell she wanted to leave the area and didn't want to assist the staff member. Once she gave me my pizza/pretzel she walked off like she was over it. I decided to grab a piece of foil to put over my to-go pizza and she had a little fit about it. There has always been foil seating on the table since I can remember. Manager said she has to put it on pizza. OK, well put it on or keep the foil in the back away from customers. I'm not going to wait for a piece of foil as you avoid helping your staff/customers while having an attitude. No ma'am sorry!

First and foremost , keep the outside cleaner. Assign someone to pick up trash around the store. The pizza oven needs to repaired as well. Everything lease in the store seems fine. Store employees are courteous and professional. Always enough carts. Checking out we are scanned I guess for theft. Easy to come in , a bit longer to check out. Four stars because of trash around the outside of store, snd broken pizza oven.
