Beware of purchasing Brookstone security cameras! I bought the 2 pack and getting them to pair to my WIFI was a major chore! I am a 70 yr. old but spent 35 years on computers and electronics as a Systems Engineer and at EDS and at Wal*Mart HQ in the International Division, so I am an expert when it comes to WIFI. These cameras when finally get setup have a great picture but they are garbage when it's dark with NO InfraRed capability. So to see anything a light in the room is necessary. One of the cameras keeps going offline! I have complained to Brookstone using their "feedback/Incident" reporting but as of June 6, 2023 I have yet to hear from them on this offline issue let alone the other issue which is the same camera keeps wanting to format the inserted SD card after being brought back online. It has functioned 2 days now without being offline. The other camera in my bedroom has functioned flawlessly so if this continues I will see what Sam's wants to do with the bad one. It's not been over 21 days since my purchase. Also need to know, these plug into wall outlets. Any other desire to have these placed anywhere but in outlets you will need to use a power strip placed on it's side and plugged in.

I went to Sam's yesterday and purchased 2 sets of wooden floor panels. Went back when I got off from work today I went to grab 8 more. Which was a part of the promotion. Upon leaving out the door on the second trip. I noticed that the price that was on the tag wasn't honored. So when I went to customer service. I talked to the employees who also confirmed that the prices were wrong. They handed the situation over to a woman name Kathy. I'm not sure if she was the manager or what. But she was determined to insinuate that I was a liar about what I paid the original time. And not that the price was completely wrong. I had just got off from work and wasn't in the mood to debate and argue with some that knows remotely nothing about how customer service works. Not only did she hurry up and snatch the wrong original tag. But she was quick to tell me what I paid for the first ones. And didn't honor what the price was today. Its a measly 16 bucks. That don't make or break me. But I will be buying the rest of my flooring this weekend from Home depot and Lowes. Because she was really rude. And really doesn't like her job obviously. She believes shes in the business of being right. And that's not how customer service works.

Sams is great I love the app everyone should use it. I don't get why people are standing in like when they can easily scan and go. Maybe they like standing around.

Lindsey seemed busy but that's no reason to be rude. She asked for my name and phone# to give to the tire shop. I said they will need by order number but she said she only wants my name and number to give to the tire staff. She assumed that I wanted HER to look up my tire order and was not about to let me take up her time. The order is in my fiancés name, and my name and number alone would only confuse them without an order number but she was not going to listen to anything I had to say. That's rude.

Terrible customer service. Manager would not come to door to talk with me. I was not aware they changed hours for Plus customers to 8:00 am. I've always shopped here at 7:00 am. I would have paid for the three cakes I ordered with scan and go, but nope, they wouldn't do that. Manager sent someone to talk to me, manager did not come to door. SAMs, train your staff to give better responses and hold managers accountable to respond to their customers. After today, I'm going to Costco! Bye!

A while back we changed from Costco's to Sams club. The reason was we were looking for a better choice of prepared food items. We didn't find a very good choice at all. Here's my story. A couple of weeks ago I bought a large box of Members Mark Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp. You wouldn't believe what was in the box, no shrimp. They had shrimp tails stuck in panko crust/ bread formed like shrimp, but no shrimp. I tried several ands all were shrimpless, what a fraud. I wish I could pick a lower rating that a one star. Beware of Members Mark prepared food items.

They have poor logic when it comes to families needing stuff and when u ask for top supervisor...rather then to tell me an ETA for her coming up front she started helping another cashier..
Fort Worth locations suck.
I will stick with Round Rock location, they care about their customers!!

Variety Cupcakes in the bakery and The Smoked Bacon precooked and The Jalapeno Links and Chicago Spicy Chicken Sandwiches taste just like chickfila spicy chicken sandwiches and the Egg and Cheese Pockets go so Hard (Meaning good)

We have been using this Sam's club due to the current pandemic. My husband and I will order for curbside. My parents also use their safe senior time to shop for the things they need. I believe this store is a doing a great job during the pandemic to give customers a safe option to fulfill their grocery and household needs.
