The drink machines break two weeks after this fix them and they are out for two to three weeks and then they fix them and they are broke again. I'm a giant man and I need more than a small can of soda to satiate myself with my food. I'm over this place.
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD, PLEASE ACTUALLY FIX THOSE DRINK MACHINES, YALL KEEP PUTTING BAND-AID FIXES ON THE MACHINES AND THAT'S WHY THEY ARE ALWAYS BROKE.
I'M ABOUT TO GO GET A MEMBERSHIP TO COSTCO JUST TO SPITE YOU. I DRIVE 15 MINUTES HERE TO GET SUBPAR SERVICE EVERY DAY WHEN I CAN DRIVE 5 MORE MINUTES AND GET TRUE GOOD VALUE FOR MY TIME AND GAS USED AND MONEY SPENT

This absolutely disgusting. Let the supervisor Gloria know about the issue in the women’s restroom and also the store manager know and they said maintenance don’t get to work till 1 and said they couldn’t do anything until than. Will not be back. How are you gonna leave crap wiped all over the wall in the women’s restroom.

I came in to do my shopping and ordered a whole pizza through scan and go. When I go to pickup, they don’t have the pizza I ordered and gave it to me in individual boxes. I ordered a drink combo and they gave me a canned soda. When I asked for a second, they said I have to pay for another can for a dollar. I said no because I paid for 30 oz, not 12. They said then have a nice day. I went to customer service to return the combo and the girl asked why. I said I didn’t get my 30oz drink only a cup of ice and a canned soda. She declined the return! I asked for a manager and when she came, she changed her attitude. I’m sorry, I paid for the plus membership and I should a least receive my items for the amount I spend hear each year. Oh and for the machines, apparently they’re all down and can only make ice?

don't come early! My appt was Wed. 3pm. I arrived Tues. 5:30p. they said to come back in the morning. no parking except for deliveries. the guard woke me at 2am to check my paperwork. I checked in the next morning. they were having their empty dock repaired. other 3 docks had loaded trailers in them from the day before. I came back at 10am. she said dock was repaired but she was too backed up. I went back at 11a. another driver was waiting. she said she would unload him and then she would unload his friend. but I had to wait until 3pm. what can I say? I agreed to a 3pm appt.

You should try to avoid weekends because it is so busy. Good prices and love the meat selection. If you have a chance download scan and go app for quicker check out.
