Please share this with the leadership team of Scrubs and Beyond:
I placed this order on 9/23/24. After waiting several weeks, I called customer service on 10/17/24 to see why it had not shipped. The customer service rep and his supervisor said there was an issue with the warehouse and embroidery dept so nothing they could do, but if I waited another week, they could offer a 30% discount.
I waited 8 days and called back again today (10/25/24) and spoke with Aaron the supervisor. This was a 25 minute call where I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Aaron stated they could not cancel the order, ship the order or duplicate the order.
At this point, I will be moving my company’s scrubs ordering to another vendor. As the owner of a healthcare company, I thought your leaders would like to know that they are losing business because their teams are unable to escalate concerns, unable to follow through on promised solutions and ultimately unable to offer any reasonable resolutions.
I will be taking our business to a competitor vendor of yours. If you would like to not lose other healthcare business, I would suggest you evaluate this situation as a learning opportunity for future interactions. Thank you.

I can’t believe that I have to a bad review of my favorite store I have never gotten this bad of an attitude and the too girls that were working today I just asked a simple question and they gave my attitude and ugly faces my it’s cus I’m Hispanic.

I would try and buy online instead of going to this store! Avoid at all costs! The black girl behind counter is rude and would not honor the 20% discount that I received returning an order because it did not fit! I called scrubs and beyond and they honored the 20% with no issues and they were incredibly nice!!!!! Buy online or over the phone! Do NOT COME TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LESS THAN A PAYING CUSTOMER!
