This place is definitely not like what they post on their website. Will never go here again. This place is definitely not worth the price of the tickets or the drive to get there. Half the exhibits are empty, there is no interactive exhibits & a couple of the animals appeared to be in distress & poor health. I made a complaint to them & hoping as a customer satisfaction the refund my $ for the tickets.

We were there on 3/16/24 for the Easter holiday weekend so you expected it to be very busy, well it wasn't but it was dirtier than usual because we had been there before but this time it was so smelly that we just I was breathing fecal remains everywhere, there were almost no animals, I think it was half of what they had before, and the aquariums were very dirty, you could hardly see the aquatic animals. My daughters wanted to play with the manta rays, but the water where they are was very dirty. and it smelled terrible! The bathrooms were very dirty, the floor was all wet everywhere and the few little animals looked very neglected. We didn't last long. The gift shop is very empty, dirty and poorly stocked. I would like my money back. It's really not worth coming back much less recommending this place.

Our first time going to seaquest and I signed up online to use the welcome coupon but the young lady in the front desk said we couldn’t use it unless there was a line which there was and the coupon didn’t even say that. Not very happy about the wrong information given to us by her.

I had never been here but was recommended by my friend Connor! My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday a couple weeks ago and it was the MOST fun I've ever had at an aquarium. Star was the cashier who helped us get all set up at the entrance and she was so sweet and helpful. The animals seemed all very happy and were very cute! We were able to take our time and enjoy it without being crowded or overwhelmed! Thank you to Star and Connor for making this such a memorable visit! :)

Super friendly staff, Bryant helped us and he was so knowledgeable and friendly! Only complaints that I have is that the place looked unkept and dirty. Overall decent experience. Feeding the otters was super cute and fun!!

The staff was very nice but the conditions of the facility were terrible! With the cost of the tickets and tokens, there’s no excuse for this place to be so poorly kept. The shark tank was leaking and had mop heads stuffed in it to try to soak up the leaks. The water conditions of most of the aquariums was terrible. The smell of the place alone made two members of our group leave early, since the stench was so bad it upset their stomachs. Theres no way that animals and exhibits are properly cared for. So few animals you can actually feed so we ended up giving away a ton of tokens we still had to a family coming in so they didn’t have to waste their money like we did. The whole experience was just sad, we all left feeling sad and guilty that we had given money to a facility that didn’t properly care of their wildlife.

Do not come here. Dying animals, smells awful, animals dont have the proper care that they needs and this company only cares about making money, not the care and safety of the animals and people interacting with them. Thanks to ABC News for putting them under the radar.

You have got to be kidding. Who rated this a 5 star! Absolutely horrible and disgusting and inhumane treatment of the animals that they did have!

We booked an Epic quest during Spring Break since it lands between our kiddos birthdays. Bodie was our tour guide. He did a fantastic job. We got to interact with so many different kinds of animals. Shayla was also super engaging and knowledgeable. The sting ray snorkel was fantastic and we loved getting to meet Alvin, the capybara and Honey, the kinkajou. Also, they have axolotls in the aquarium. My daughter cried with joy getting to see one in real life.Being Spring Break, once the general admission was open it got SUPER crowded in there. I highly recommend doing the Epic Quest - I feel quite certain we wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much without that personal touch. I was a little nervous because the reviews I read beforehand are such a mixed bag. My take is that if you just do general admission and walk through yourself, you’re not getting the best of what they have to offer.Make sure to read all the instructions online before you come. An email with all of the pertinent info according to what you book would be nice. Just a suggestion.Overall, we had a great experience and would totally go again.

Awful, took the drive from Dallas to support Forth Worth business. Waste of money and time. Best part of the trip was the pretzels from Auntie Anne's. If in Dallas spend the extra money and go to the Downtown Aquarium. Or even the Aquarium in Grapevine. It's just not worth the trip.

INHUMANE! this is animal abuse. How has this place not Been shut down?? Animals were trying to claw their way out, Tiny enclosures ? appeared starving, kids were kicking turtles! No one supervising them, kids put their hands in fish an sting ray tanks no rules to wash hands first. they literally had ducks in with sturgeons. I've been to third world countries that treat their animals better than this! Such a sad experience.

I wasted $150 for real. There was no food to feed the animals that I paid extra for. The animals we would have been able to “interact “ with weren’t available. None of them. The whole thing by itself took about 10 mins to walk through maybe even less. Do not go here. Save your money and go to the Dallas aquarium or something. Do not waste your money or time here
