Penelope, the manager, refused to honor the advertised sale displayed at the front of the store, which stated customers would receive an additional 20% off the sale price. The same promotion was also available online. When I attempted to check out, she declined to apply the extra 20% discount. After leaving the store, I added the item to my online cart and successfully received the additional 20% off. I returned to inform her, showing proof of the discount online. With an attitude and pursed lips, she replied, "Thanks for letting me know," before resuming her writing without further acknowledgment. This raises concerns about how many other items or customers may have missed out on the extra 20% discount from the designated sale table.

My daughter was so excited to go to Sephora today to use her gift card that she got for her Birthday. We didn't know it, but the card was damaged. Penelope was asked to assist with our gift card and instead of being helpful, she was extremely rude. My daughter left the store feeling so embarrassed by the way Penelope treated us. I hope something is done about her behavior as nobody should be treated the way she treated us.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE, MANAGER PENELOPE IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WILL EVEN TEXT YOU FROM HER PERSONAL NUMBER! DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. They will cancel your appointment without compensation or notice. HORRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED THE STAFF CALLS OUT SICK EVERY APPOINTMENT. UNACCEPTABLE AVOID AVOID !!!!! Called this location to see if I left my credit card here. (This was the last place I used it at!) The person who answered didn’t even attempt to check if there was a card turned in or anything she quickly said no and said they are supposed to shred any cards found after 24 hours. She couldn’t even tell me if my card was found and then shredded. Completely no help at all. Next thing you know I have fraudulent charges on my card. Shady location and unhelpful employees!

Everything good, cashier with orange/red hair needs a little bit better customer service. Felt like she didnt wanted to be there or help.

I originally was worried about coming here because anytime I've gone to a sephora, I have had a bad experience, I usually get treated rudely or feel judged. BUT, today's experience was truly amazing! From the moment I walked in an employee (I'm sad to say I can't remember her name) greeted us immediately handed us baskets and was able to help me get color matching assistance. It was busy at the time but she assured me someone would help me out. I was worried shed forget me but, NOPE ! . That alone was so nice, she even came to me while I was looking around to let me know my turn was coming up. Then Nataly came to assist me and she was nice, patient and helped me find my shade in two different foundations, I didn't feel rushed or judged which was so nice and a good change ! I will definitely be coming back and I'm thankful for such a kind staff

On 07/28, The service at this place was spectacular. The manager, Denise, helped my daughter find what she needed, for my daughter’s birthday. The checkout employee, Nataly, gave us a wonderful experience as well. Thank you!

Not one to write a review, but had the worst experience here they were super unhelpful. Said in the app an item was in stock (it wasn't) didn’t have enough time to go anywhere else. Had to shade match myself for another product, I was there way longer than I should have been. Not a single person the entire time asked if I needed help, had to find someone they were no help just a welp sorry🤷♀️ (It was so weird because I heard them asking other people and helping them them.) I went to check out and the lady didn't look at me a single time and never asked for my email so I didn't even get to get points out of this terrible experience.

My daughter and I have been to several brow bars over the years. Sam does a phenomenal job! We will be back! Everyone in the store was very attentive and never hesitated to help!

I just left this location and I was highly disappointed. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, no one talked to me or offered to provide assistance. Even when I tried to get someone’s attention, I was just ignored. I saw others being helped and after a few moments, i noticed that none of them looked like me. Now, i hate to believe i was ignored cause i’m black…but its hard not to read the writing on the wall. And i saw employees just standing around. After walking around a few times hoping to get help, I finally purchased the minimum necessary and left. I figured I might as well take my business somewhere else for the rest of my stuff. Even when I mentioned to the cashier how disappointed I was that no one provided me with any kind of assistance, she said NOTHING!! Wow, what a shame. I definitely won’t be going back there.

Help...... The 10 year olds are insane.... I went in Sephora to get a refill of my anti aging cream which is great, but I had heard of a really good one from drunk elephant.So I went to the drunk elephant section and there were a bunch of disrespectful 10-12 year olds making a huge mess, and several fighting over an anti aging cream(which they have no need for and will ruin there skin). I saw one polypeptide cream left and grabbed it quickly before they saw me. They saw me holding my new cream and wrestled me.2 minutes later I had a black eye and many bruises. I am very happy to say I will never go back to Sephora DONT GO!

Absolutely love this location!! All employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Samantha is a major reason I love coming here!! She is great at waxing I 10/10 recommend her for waxing services. Thank y’all for making my day exciting!
