Went to purchase an alcohol beverage and was looking for milk which they didn't have store clerk accuses me of shoplifting saying I got 2 alcohol beverages when in reality I only got 1 and the clerk clearly didn't know how to properly speak English and kept saying I got 2 but sounded like he said I trapped 2 which I took it as you have to purchase 2 and I didn't understand what he was trying to say till a female clerk said he was telling me I got 2 and I let them know I only got 1 the store clerk is unprofessional and should be removed. didn't even apologize for wrongfully accusing a customer if I could put 0 Stars I would will no longer be shopping there 😡

Pumps 1, 2, and 4 is super slow. Took me 10minute to fill up 15 gallons. I informed the clerk of this issue but no notes of the slow pump or solution was implemented even after a year.

Gas is not right... I used 93 and my mileage was no where near what it should have been after an oil change and filling up my 2020 Ford fusion....this gas must be watered down....

I went to purchase lottery tickets and forgot to get my $5 ticket and he refused to give it to me, he stoled it from me, thieves, been going there for a long time buy all my fuel there, not anymore!!! Thieves and wonder why people say things!

This place looks like a scam. They have closed their restrooms now for over 2 years. They seem to be flouting the laws by not providing a restroom. I hope Shell investigates them for quality control and standards. I also hope the city inspects them for denying/failure to provide basic restroom access.

Closed early happens but no signs no waning and he locked the door then no word or explain he just locked the door and refused service..this store is over priced anyway but wow not going back...you have to close ok but put a sign not ignoring a person then let others In..so oh well ilm go to the other 5 gas station around..sure won't be this one again

Been there a few times, but no more for sure, they don't care about customer service, people there are a joke, one guy was messing with his phone all the time, give him a ticket to cash out and he said he didn't want to cash me $100 then the other guy say that i needed to wait 1hour, and he started to laugh, apparently none of them want to work, i wonder if you will laugh when your a** gets fired.
