Air machine is broken but they won't put a sign on it or get it fixed. They also won't refund you if you pay without knowing the machine is broken.

Today 07/29/2024 at approximately 4:30 am, I went there to drop off someone and also get gas. However, as soon as I was pulling up to park the employee was outside smoking and immediately mugging me. So I stared at him to see if he would’ve looked away, but he didn’t.
That made me feel very uncomfortable as a women so I just stayed in my car, nonetheless he was standing outside the whole time mugging me until I took off - the reason I knew he was an employee was because the person I dropped off called me to tell me that he was unwelcome by the employee in the store and got kicked out just for trying to use the restroom and get some milk. The employee kept assuming the person was stealing, which he wasn’t because all his belongings was placed on the inside Sonic tables.
Description of the employee: tall 5’9, hair tied up to a knot and tanned skin.
DON’T GO THERE IF YOU ARE A WOMEN OR TRYING TO PURCHASE SOMETHING.

Wow I was surprised on how super clean, organized and updated everything was. Not a lot of clean places around but I was very pleased! They also have wide variety of different energy drinks ? and they even have boiled peanuts!! Yumm!!

Today had a very sad experience.I'm a American Mexican but was treated like my business was worthless. The person working would not even give me a minute and brushed me off like I meant nothing. He said I need to move Because he had other people behind me. I come here around 3 times a week. But tonight will be the last. Hurts my heart.

I went in this evening 1/10/2023. I wanted to cash in lottery tickets and scratch offs. Literally $60 the guy told me no he wasn't going to cash them in for me. I proceed to tell him I was going to use the money to buy more tickets and some other things and he still refused. very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! I recommend them shutting down and get new employees and new management!

Owner was very rude when we tried to ask him why we couldn't buy Lottery with a Debit Card. He yelled: "Go to QT".We like the SONIC there since is so close to home... But the gas station has the most expensive gas.It is sad the owner was rude because the place looks nice.
