My vehicle broke down and what a pleasure it was to be able to break down at Big Horn.. Nice bunch of folks always are always aiming to please. The pulled pork sandwiches are by far the best I have experienced. Don't go to a regular restaurant if your in the mood for a pulled pork sandwich or brisket. They got all the fixins to go along with your meal, as well as a full menu that would make any night out a pleasure. Plenty of seating and music to boot. Staff is always a pleasure to interact with. Hats off to Big Horn Grill.

I wouldn't usual leave a bad review....but! To advertise a fuel price at 34 cents cheaper than what it is, I call that false advertisement. The nice young man in the store explained its for the big trucks. 3.31 for semi trucks and 3.65 at the vehicle pumps with no way of knowing. I could have filled up with the truckers.

Deceptive trade practice. Large 50' sign visible from I20 shows Shell logo, and advertised diesel for $4.799/10 CASH price. Exited off I20 and pulled to pump, went inside and gave cashier $100 to "fill up." When I started pumping, I noticed pump said "$4.999/10 per gallon. $.20 difference per gallon. I put 10.003 gallons in and sure enough the price was $50.00 instead of $48.00. When I went inside to get my change and complain, I was advised by cashier "Oh no, that is the price for the truck pumps that are Pilot out back. That's for Pilot not Shell." She pointed to a much smaller sign, just past all of the driveways that could not be seen until you are right there after exiting that showed the $4.999 per gallon price, with the Shell logo. I pointed out that the large highway sign also had the Shell logo, and nowhere did it disclose anything about Pilot or trucks only. Totally deceptive. I will NEVER stop there again.
