Really bad customer service today I had a bat experience with the manager, he didn't do his job well and he threatened me he also made a bad comment with another customer he said "this store is not a flea market people can't come here just grab the things". Pretty bad comment if they can't do their job just say I can't, but don't waste your and our time please. ?

The service at this location is excellent and efficient. The experience that I have had working with Kyle and the rest of the Sherwin Williams crew has been unparalleled by any other paint selection group that I have visited in the area. They demonstrate great knowledge about their products and have always provided me with clear recommendations for my projects.

If they aren't sure they will find out for you from people who have the knowledge within the company. The paint is top grade and we don't use anything else, but it's good to have this type of service for so many years.

Customer service was awful. No one speaks to you coming in and everyone seems to have more important things to do. I over heard the couple in front of me complaining about how they could have found there color faster with some assistance sooner. If it wasn't for they employee named Ray i believed that later assisted me i definitely would spent my money somewhere else.
