“I am in 5-6 days a week shipping packages for my job and have never once had a missing package or issues with tracking, but more importantly to me, every day there is a smiling face behind the counter. It has become a favorite part of my day stopping in to drop my documents and chat for a minute with the friendliest staff imaginable. My 6 yr old also begs to come with me “to the smelly good place” because he loves saying hi and telling them about his day and checking out any new candles and little unique gifts and cards they sell there. I very much enjoy the small town shop feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of my day.”

“I just went into this location on Hulen and nd a wonderful lady named Tonya (hopefully correct spelling) and she was so awesome to help me considering my last experience at a location on Camp Bowie was horrific. She explained all she needed to do was scan my package and give me a receipt. It was Medical Lab Work going to Illinois. And at the last location the young man was so rude and guided me to some machine in another part of the store. I ended up paying for something cause it wanted my card even though I wasn't supposed to pay anything. The employee was so unhelpful and rude. This lady here Tonya has made my day and I will only be coming to this location. She was so helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you Tonya ?”

“We moved from Long Island New York to Dallas Texas . Kevin in New York delivered the trailer and explained the process and picked up trailer the following day. Trailer was delivered on time and efficiently in Texas. Dispatch sent notifications via text , e mail and calls to keep us informed on delivery.
