Worst bank. Wish I could leave zero stars. The customer service is horrible and the bank policies are even worse. I will never do business with them again.

Good bank helpful people but don’t use atm stole money from me, and when talking to people about it, they gave me the runaround and then closed my ATM dispute without my knowledge. Still haven’t got anything back

Went in to do business. There were 6 people working and walking around. Told me we'll be with you in a bit. 3 of the 6 were busy with customers. One was just sitting other 2 walking around. No one helped me. I walked out. Ugh...Can use improvement with customer service. Young African American woman is not friendly at all. Not a hello or anything in the commercial drive up. I miss the older women that worked there. They were extremely friendly.

The people at my local branch are like family. The problem starts when you have to go above them. It is hard to get your problem solved. Thanking about moving back to Chase or another bank. It if very hard to get your problems resolved when you go above the local branch.

I loved it when it was Southwest Bank. We have done business there since 1974. We stayed but not that happy with Simmons.

This bank was very helpful and nice. I open my account because I was so unhappy with my old bank. I should of don't it sooner. The bank is very clean and quiet. The staff remembers your name and is so friendly. If you had a problem the staff was very quick to fix it or explain how to fix it. The bank trained the staff perfect.

I love this bank! I’ve never loved a bank before, but the people in this branch are friendly, super helpful and resolve questions quickly. They are also open to suggestions from customers and make changes accordingly. They are truly exceptional!!
