Amazing facility with high level Black belts. Attended a we defy foundation open with a judo grip seminar that I can honestly add to my game plan. If you are in the Ft. worth area this is the place to train at or if you’re visiting drop in here.

I visited for a open-mat at the end of June. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and had some amazing rolls.
