Everything was good till checkout.
I asked if they did in store Afterpay she said yes. She didn’t know how and said no oneb Lee did! The first time she Rand it up it took the entire amount out of my account rather than me 1/4 payments.
Then she ask me to step aside and figure it out! I finally did but she wouldn’t come back to the register she sent someone else!
Then she said we will try it before we refund the first one!!!!!NO cause if it doesn’t work I want another refund!!
If you are going to offer a service such as Afterpay in the stores, all employees should be trained on it! It was quite embarrassing for me!!

Okay as for the product, we really like Sketchers. That is all we buy for my 2 and 3 year old since they started wearing shoes. We go in often and buy shoes for them. Today we had an unpleasant experience with an older short petite Caucasian employee. Today we went in looking for shoes for my grandma instead of the girls, so my toddler girls were looking at the backpacks and the socks. They were not throwing things or making a mess or anything, just looking and touching. She proceeds with a passive aggressive comment stepping right in front of them and telling them they were going to “break the socks”. Such a weird comment but also a passive aggressive should never be made directly to toddlers. What the heck? We were 2ft away from them, I was watching the whole time but that is not okay. First of all they truly weren’t doing anything besides quietly waiting and then to make a comment to them directly was out of line they quickly ran to me as she scared them because they are only 2 and 3! Very disappointing. I look after my girls, I don’t allow them to run wild and make messes. But this store sells shoes for kids too and the employees should be aware that kids will be inside the store. I provided to tell the girls that socks don’t break and she proceeded to tell the girls directly a few minutes later that she was talking about the plastic hanger on the socks not the socks directly, but still with passive aggression. Very unprofessional and childish.

Here’s the deal, we came in yesterday night and we were looking for some shoes. I have an autistic 6 year old who likes to organize shoes and he noticed some stacks that were uneven and he fixed them but in doing so 2 boxes fell right next to it. One of the workers got frustrated and fixed them which we told her sorry because he shouldn’t have been messing with any boxes (yes we know) that’s on us. But here’s where the problem lies. I came in the next day to buy 2 additional shoes and there were completely different workers from last night, the only girl who was the same was the one from last night who fixed the 2 boxes that fell. We noticed she told the current workers something about my son and while I was looking for some shoes one of the short ladies with blonde hair small frame came up to my son and told a 6 year old off and said “just because you came in last night doesn’t mean you get to mess with our stuff” all while my son was simply sitting on one of the seats. She followed my son around TWICE and told him off when he wasn’t even wandering around. One she didn’t see what happened the night before and second she followed my son TWICE and told him off twice for no reason when I wasn’t around. Next time come and talk to me when there’s a problem instead of harassing a 6 years old based off whatever someone else told her last night.

Love this store!! Took my kids in for new school shoes ….everyone found something they liked and the employees were super helpful. The manager was also great? I would definitely recommend this store to all the moms out there!! Thank you Skechers ??
