The office staff was great, common area was updated and clean. Big dog park! I spoke to Will who gave me a tour of the grounds. He was upbeat and took time to understand what our needs are. Cozy apartments with upgraded amenities. I appreciated the clean walkways outside the apartments, there are no black gum marks on the stone ground! I appreciate that they take the time to make sure the exterior is kept up. I was so happy to see the large pantry and storage space inside the unit too!

The manager Cari is very professional!! Her staff including Will are very responsive to issues with tenants onsite. The properties landscaping is beautiful, very well up kept property!!

After living here for 11 months I can whole heartedly say, the office team and management are the absolute best. Maintenence is amazing as well, I've never had to wait more than a few hours for them to show for an issue. Anytime I had serious problems the complex made it right by me..I renewed yesterday for 13 months and plan to renew again. This place is awesome, don't let the reviews of peopld who got denied sway your opinions, take it from someone who lives here. This place is great.
