Just purchased a new mattress and excited to receive it next week. Memorial Day sale has begun. We bought the i8 version in king with split on upper half of the bed only. With smart tech, it's supposed to help regulate your temperature adjusting automatically. We're both looking forward to the custom settings, adjustable foot and head areas. I'll update this review once we've had time on the bed to give better opinion of sleep quality. Fabian was great to work with.

This review has nothing to do with store manager but everything to do with the actual company itself (HQ) Ordered a bed, wrong bed arrived. Mediocre 3rd party contractor shows up to install what we thought was a cal king (because that’s all we’ve owned) and they brought a king. During the process these guys tried to set up out bed into our existing cal king frame. When it started to not fit, they said I had to start cutting the inside more to make it fit. They said this happens a lot. After several attempts they asked me for a measuring tape (shouldn’t they have one) to measure the bed. They said we need a couple more inches so keep cutting. My wife walks in and asks if it’s a cal king mattress and they said no it’s a king…. Whoops! So now I have a destroyed unusable bed frame that was over $5000! We made some calls and were assured we would be contacted but nothing yet. We called customer service but had to deal with rude employees and were hung up. Went in store and manager emailed and called someone and still nothing and it’s bees 2 weeks almost. So now we have the right be with zero frame that is irreplaceable. They use a 3rd party company with zero skills as they don’t even have a tape measure. They should be trained to measure and verify but they are not. This company has zero care about the customer! I mean not even a call from anyone at the Minnesota HQ. Manager reached out and said he messaged them again and still nothing. They don’t even respect or take their management seriously. So stay away because they don’t care about their customers!

Very pleasant experience at the Alliance Sleep Number location. Joshua is very knowledgable and has a kind demeanor. We never felt any pressure to buy and there were no questions left unanswered.

I didn’t visit the store, I did it online at first, but ended up needing help. Jessica was super sweet and helpful! Bed comes this weekend so I’ll update shortly thereafter on how it works out!

Buyer beware!! We were sent the wrong mattress (not what was agreed upon in the store), we paid a $250 delivery fee. After realizing it was the wrong mattress, there is an additional $250 fee to pick up and return or exchange. So we’re out $500 for a horrible mattress. The lack of communication from everyone at sleep number has been below average. We will never buy or recommend to anyone.
