Came to get batteries for mod. Asked if they were fully charged lady said yes. Bought a 2 pack. Both were dead batteries. Asked for a refund. Refused. had to purchase a 6 inch usb cable to charge while driving. Asked if I can have it since she lied about them being fully charged. Refused. Cost another 10 bucks for a tiny usb cable.

I went into this store this morning like my 4th visit & waited forever for someone to come out, bought a vape got to work opened it and it was burnt out tasting like plastic. soon as i got off i went to try to exchange it for another one and the lady at the front told me i was lying and never bought that vape from there. & when i explained to her that i bought it from a gentlemen she called me a liar and claimed to of been there all day. She then proceeded to tell me that i needed a receipt after i explained to her i paid in cash and he said no receipt, then she pulled the receipt machine open to find no receipt paper. This stores a fraud/scam

Beware they have a variety of things but they are either missing things or don't work at all. Came here 2 weeks ago to purchase a vape pen for vacation come to find out it didn't work. Try to give them another chance today and purchase a box of cigars and two were missing out of the box. Not a good way to do business guys
