Everyone here is so helpful and kind! Went on one day and got fitted. The kind woman that worked there helped me find the right bra size and then assisted me in finding what style would work best for me. She brought me many different bras to try and helped me assess the fit. I ended up having to leave before I got to buy anything and wasn't able to come back the same day. The next day I came back, and there were two different women working, and they were also very helpful, bringing me different sizes from the back and helping me find the different things I wanted throughout the store. They were also really kind to my toddler. Their friendliness made me feel really welcome.

I had a horrific experience that I hope everyone reads, including corporate. I want the workers working at this store around 7 pm on 8/14/25 reprimanded for screaming at me and not providing good customer service. The way they reacted was beyond unreasonable. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. They never apologized once or cared. I paid for 2 bras and they refused to let me pick them up and did not attempt to look for them.
Earlier that day, I went to the Soma store in Grand Prairie and bought 3 bras. Had an excellent experience. Selena, their manager, had me fitted. Only 1 of the 3 bras were in stock and told me the other 2 were at this location in Fort Worth and to show this receipt and pick them up. I show up to the store that evening. I show them the receipt. Brunette lady and older blonde lady were working. They said they don’t do pick ups. Not once did they attempt to call the other store to figure it out. Not once did they apologize. I showed them the receipt and they REFUSED. They didn’t even attempt to look up the item. Then the older lady began screaming at me like I have never been screamed at in my entire life. I bought 2 bras and they REFUSED to help me.
I called corporate and didn’t get a response or call back. The Grand Prairie manager had to explain the process to this store manager. We are humans and understand this manager didn’t know about pick ups. But for these workers to not even attempt to help me, look up the items, and began to scream at me and roll their eyes is unacceptable. Any other employees at any retail store would be fired on the spot for screaming at customers and refusing to help them.
I bought these bras and the receipts show the proof and they still DENIED me without checking. The next day the manager apologized and I was able to pick up the 2 bras but I cannot get past the way the 2 workers from that night behaved. I did not get their names but I hope corporate is reading this and takes action.
Good luck to anyone shopping at this store and I hope they do not get screamed at because they purchased 2 bras for pickup, showed proof, ask them to call the other store because they are confused and they refuse. They did not even try to see if they had the bras in stock in their system or the back of their store whatsoever.

Purchased bras online and needed to exchange them at the store for a different kind. I’ve never had such horrible service at a retail store. Every associate was unhelpful, rude, and had an attitude. I will not be going back to the store. Which sadly means I won’t be shopping online either. I know it’s hard to find good people to help with retail, but truly, I don’t think they even tried in this case.

Called in yesterday to ask if they could look into my account for a style of underwear I purchased there a while ago so I could order more. Rude lady picks up and the first thing she says is “Can’t you just look at the ones you have?” And I told her “no because they’ve worn out I no longer have them”. Again sounding irritated she said she couldn’t see what any looked like and that I just got a mix of different stuff so she didn’t know what to tell me. She listed off a few things and when I asked if they were brief or high leg she just kept saying I don’t know with an agitated tone. I told her I’d figure it out on my own. I called another location and a girl literally answered my questions in 2 minutes. I don’t see why university location stays open when they have staff that don’t even like talking to people. Who wants to be treated like dirt for asking questions?

Went to get measured, and Brenda was such a big help! I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me a lot of different options to try on, and she even made sure the ones I tried on fit well! I definitely will be coming back, and recommend this store!

Awful experience. Went in for assistance after some size changes (2 kids later). Was ignored when I asked for help, condescending tone when I asked for a size they advertise on the shelf but apparently don’t sell in store. My husband came in to help me because I was couldn’t get help otherwise and he was chewed out. There are no signs designated where men can and can’t be. Went in prepared to spend $500ish…walked out without anything.

Super friendly staff, have always purchased under garments here, however, I recently purchased 7 bras, unsure if the quality has changed, I wore one of them twice and the strap ripped, ridiculous....one of the others I purchased, the underwire came out of one of the bras. Called location to report and was told not to buy that kind anymore. Pretty upset as undergarments are pretty pricey. Likely, will find somewhere else to patronize.Update: I reached out to phone number as replied to do so in my original review, I went to store with the ruined undergarment, it was happily and easily exchanged, hassle free.Thank you, Soma!!

The ladies at this location are super helpful! The location is open to Chico’s, so it’s a bit small, but has lots of options available. And whatever they don’t have you can easily get online. I also did an online return here and it was quick and easy. Everything I’ve gotten here has always lasted a long time and washed well! A great variety of sizes too.

I was helped by Jules today and she was so wonderful! I walked in when she was helping another customer, though as soon as that customer was taken care of she quickly came to greet me. Jules brought multiple styles for me to try then troubleshooted the fit (my sizing has changed slightly a year or so postpartum). Once I was set on a specific style she found the colors I wanted. I've been a Soma customer for over 6 years and this location visit didn't disappoint! The quality Soma provides is top notch and worth every penny!

I had a great experience at the University Park location. I was greeted, measured, the lady took the time to pick out a few different styles for me to try on based on my preferences and followed up with me the entire time until check out. Great service! Highly recommend.
