his Store The inconsistent pricing at this liquor store is extremely disappointing. Regular customers usually purchase [specific item] at [expected price]. During a recent visit, the price was much higher. When asked about the difference, the staff stated that adjusting prices was against policy and the new price must be paid. This is unacceptable. Loyal customers should receive the same price they normally pay, or at least a clear explanation for any increase.

They didn't have what I came shopping for this trip, but they were able to substitute with a bottle far greater!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff anytime I have questions or I'm looking for that special bottle.

I usually love Spec's, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing. I ordered three bottles of wine for delivery through DoorDash, but only one bottle arrived. Spec's confirmed that the error was on their end, not DoorDash's. The employee handling orders was dismissive and unhelpful, saying there was nothing she could do except hold the order for me to pick up in store. Apparently, this happens often, which is unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to make a special trip to the store when they've already paid for delivery.

Huge selection! I love this place. They offer a lot of CBD drink options for those who don’t drink alcohol, along with some snacks and various non-alcoholic drinks, which is a nice touch.
However, I’m a bit confused by their rewards system. I keep entering my super long specs number, but I’m not sure if it actually does anything. I wish I could change it to my phone number for easier access, so I don’t have to look it up each time.
Overall, great spot with plenty of options, but the rewards system could use a little tweaking.
