I went in looking for a specific bottle of wine for our anniversary. James was apologetic that they did not carry that particular selection but was very knowledgeable and offered a few different recommendations for us to try. He was very friendly and informative!

Was in town visiting family and stopped by to pick up a bottle of rum. Stefani, the tall black black lady was super nice and knew a lot about rum.
Really happy with my purchase and left with an awesome bottle of rum and a little history. I enjoyed looking smart when I shared my new knowledge with the family.

Worker with an inverted cross on his forehead was absolutely disrespectful. His attitude and demeanor will have me never step foot in the facility again. Unprofessional offensive and unacceptable.

A few weeks ago I witnessed a very horrible older lady cashier, shouting and being very rude at the two guys in front of me, I think the first guy got attitude because of his military discount and then got more attitude due to the card machine, second guy got the same attitude because of the card reader, she was quite nasty, and needs to be reread the policy on customer satisfaction and verbal exchanges.. she’s the only colleague I’ve ever seen or had a bad encounter with.
