Jessie was great , my mother and I originally went in because her phone froze one day and wouldn’t turn on . We were very worried that this would mean years of memories lost because of the backup on the phone . Jessie was able to save my mother’s memories without even opening up her phone since the phone was completely disabled and broken . Jessie then went and got the iPhone 15 pro max for my mother and helped her through the steps of opening the phone and how to use it which was honestly him going out of his way because they were very busy . When I got my mothers phone Jessie told us to come back anytime so we took that literally lol and came back the same day ?!!! My boyfriend and I was able to update to 2 iPhone 15 pro max and Jessie helped us again through the process of transferring all my info and even made sure all my photos and messages came back after the phone was updated . Jessie was very patient, kind, and honest ! He needs a raise and more !!! Thank you again!!

Horrible service Hand my phone to lighty for phone service. She removes my SIM card. Tries to connect it to spectrum service and gets an air message and says oh, your phone is uncompassing. Savannah, she gives me my phone back after reinserting my original SIM card I. Test the phone, it does not work. Lady lives and says I just removed your SIM card and literally big pisted. That's all I did no. That's a lie. You remove my SIM card tried to connect it to your service out an error message and get me back. A phone that literally does not work anymore. Then get some upset and tell us made that I need to go to my service for Broder to get my phone fixed. I don't know how to do it.

I went in to switch to Spectrum Mobile without really knowing which device I wanted. I had the BEST customer service from Dee at this location. She was knowledgeable, kind, obviously enjoys her job, and is an extremely smart addition to the sales team. Dee helped me choose a device, switched my provider, and transferred all my info SO QUICKLY. vibes were absolutely immaculate, truly.

Every time I have gone to this store, I have received excellent service. I would prefer having easier access to a live person when I have issues, but I am struggling through. When I have issues I’m learning as I go.

Man! What a seamless experience. This dude Emmanuel went out of his way to help me and I walked out 15 minutes after I walked in. Dude should be promoted. He knows his stuff and customer service was top shelf!
