STORE MANAGER ALI & FLOOR REP LEON WERE COOL GUYS!!!
I was first approached by Leon who greeted me as soon as he laid eyes on me, appreciated that. Our interaction was very pleasant and Leon wasted no time helping me get my upgrade PIXEL 10 PRO XL. One of the coolest parts about our transaction is that after Leon spent all this time crossing the i's and dotting the t's, once we discovered the exact cost for my upgrade, I showed some hesitation but would've felt bad if I didn't go through with it because Leon had spent all this time helping me. But Leon was so cool, he sincerely assured me that he would completely understand if, financially, I would need to wait on the upgrade. He stated he enjoyed our conversation so much, that was a pleasure in itself. Well, that made me want to get it even more with this bro. Lol. So I got it and I'm happy I did, I love this phone.
Then eventually Ali had came to the floor to help, as the crowd was starting to build up so he had Leon tend to another customer while he finished setting me up. I also enjoyed my conversation with Ali. He was very soft spoken, down to earth, and knowledgeable in helping me and his staff, as all of them came to him with a question or two during the rest of my transaction.
The staff here were all very polite and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone. Tell em Cory sent you. Lol

In my 20+ years of using internet I have used many, many providers due to moving around. I have never had a worse ISP than Spectrum. We have been having outages very frequently for at least 2 years. Most of these outages happen and Spectrum sends us an update saying we're in an outage, but a lot of times we get outages and Spectrum shows we're not in one. We have had technicians come out multiple times and replace cables, check the connection to the boxes, replace routers/modems, but nothing has worked. We frequently experience 1 second - 10 minute outages, probably at least twice a day. Even though the technicians never fix the issue, Spectrum does not escalate it and their only answer is to send out more technicians to do the same thing the previous technicians did or tell us to reset our router. If there's a drop of rain, the internet will probably go out.
Even if we don't consider the outages and talk about raw performance, my mobile hot spot delivers better internet performance than Spectrum. When using Spectrum my family constantly deals with packet loss but once we connect to my mobile hot spot the packet loss issues disappear.
We are switching to Frontier soon because we have given Spectrum too many chances to fix the problem and they have not taken it seriously.
If you live in this area, I would avoid Spectrum and look at other ISP's which that will service you.

Leon's service was truly exceptional! Though there was a significant wait ( I was a walk in), Leon completely turned the experience around. He was prompt, diligent, and genuinely kind when addressing my concern. He made it the best experience I've had to date with Spectrum. Thank you!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes to return equipment, only to be told to take it to UPS. Come on Spectrum - post a sign. It will be helpful to everyone.
