I do not recognize spectrum mobile, I bought an iPhone 15 pro and I wanted to exchange it for the 15 pro max and they made me wait until the 15th day had passed so as not to make the change, telling a lie that it was out of stock. Now I have to pay for a phone that I don't like.

Been there twice, cant help me. Ok semi fast down, Super slow up, connections dropped. Xumo is a joke, a bad one. It is equal to spektrum app.

Spectrum is awful. Service is always out. They refuse to credit your account when service is out for more than 4 hours. Claiming it wasn’t out for more than 4 hours. Terrible customer service. No accountability. The internet never works. We asked to cancel our service after they refused to credit what we were owed and they left us on hold for over an hour and just hung up. Cancel this service. Don’t get service with this company.

THIS LOCATION IS UNPROFESSIONAL & CLOSES 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING.There was a black male who immediately told me as I walked inside their machines are down. He states because they want to leave right at 8pm. It was approximately 7:42 pm on a Monday night. He was accompanied by a white female worker who said absolutely nothing the entire time.I took a picture of the store hours in front of the store and he sarcastically pulls his phone put to mimic. I would like to speak to a manager and will continue to reach someone regarding this issue. I wanted to open 2 new lines and pay for internet bill in person. This location missed out on sales because their employee closed the store too early.I do not recommend this store!!!

Spectrum Internet is the worst. I've been paying for 1 gig service for two years but can only get 400mb download speed on Ethernet.Their technicians don't know how to fix it, none of them know anything about this industry, none of them know how to do their jobs, they do not have any experts employed in their entire company. It's really embarrassing and pathetic for them that they can't even provide the services they advertise. They should be sued for false advertising.

Lived up to its 1 rating, wish I could go lower. Got new cable box, they put on closed account so I have to return for new box. This is after I was told by installer that no box was needed.

There was only person helping, so we had to wait for hours to get assistance. The service was so slow, that some had to just give up and leave.

Worst service ever I gave up waiting after 2 hrs . No service person to help . Only 1 clerk was handeling 10 customers.

I had a 6:00 appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Rae was up front and center and waited on us at 5:50. By 6:20 we were finished with a new phone bought and a line added to my account. Excellent service Rae! Thank you for that!

There is absolutely no sense or urgency or want to get customers in and out in a timely fashion. There was no reservations when I arrived holding my equipment I needed to return. There was 2 people Infront of me in line. There were two workers present, one disappeared into the back and didn't come back out for 40 minutes while I stood there holding my equipment. It would have taken 30 seconds to help me check out and return the equipment. More and more people came in and eventually there was 4 of us just standing there holding our equipment for 40 minutes, while one single associate was out trying to sell a phone to the customer Infront of me.Finally at the 40 minute mark a 3rd guy comes out of the back! Not sure what they're doing back there when they could spend the 30 seconds to help out each equipment return? He finally helped me and it took 30 seconds. So I just stood in there for 40 minutes for no reason.

My modem went out and this store was close and I had no problem getting a new one. Walked in with the old one and walked out with a new one. Very friendly staff.

Transferred to spectrum with Jacob today! We came in and stayed right up until closing, and he was very thorough to help with all we needed!

Came in a bit before closing to switch carriers, Elizabeth Cruz was the only associate in the store as they’re short staffed. This woman KILLED IT. The amount of people slowly started to trickle in the closer it got to close. She had a store full of people, and did her best to help people while others had their transactions pending. She was kind, SUPER informative, helpful, professional & had wonderful amount of patience when someone walked in and pulled her away from the task she was handling to help him. She stayed after the store closed to help every single person that was still waiting. Her dedication to customer service is PHENOMENAL. She deserves an hourly, or yearly pay increase. I don’t live near her store but will drive to see her and have her help me with any issues I have in the future. I can’t rant and rave enough seriously, she was amazing.
