Let me start by saying I’ve been coming here for years with zero issues. Even took my son here for his first haircut and still do. However my last 3 visits have been terrible. The haircut Daw provides are great and my interaction with her aren’t the issue it’s the shop. They recently hired a new styles and the last 3 times I’ve taken my family for cuts this shop is anything but family friendly anymore. The new stylist is having conversations with other stylists in the shop about sex, drugs and other not so family friendly topics. It’s one thing to have a conversation with your client but these conversations are ones that everyone can hear and my 7 year old daughter can hear them from the waiting room. If you wanna have those conversations in a salon full of adults then hey no problem but you gotta have some awareness, especially on a back to school week when kids and families are coming in frequently. The first time it happened, I thought ok maybe they didn’t notice. Second time a little more frustration but surely there won’t be a third. This happened a third time which shows a completely lack of awareness and if not awareness then professionalism. I bring up the new stylist as she’s the one pushing these conversations and for years prior you could bring family without having to worry about your 7 year old daughter asking you questions about the stuff she heard at sportsclips. Hopefully this gets addressed, until then I wouldn’t recommend bringing kids to this establishment. 2 stars because daw and others are still great and have 5 star service one on one. But that’s about all that’s saving it for me right now.

Maria always gives me a top notch haircut every few weeks I come to this location. Always use the app to check in and she is there waiting for me when my time is up. Highly recommend this location

I have been coming to sports clips for years, ever since my 1st day they have always shown me great customer service. Smiling faces, quality haircuts and great environment! Kayla Mathis has been my go to stylist for years, she definitely takes pride and passion in what she does. Kayla is a great person throughout her whole persona! Most definitely recommend sports clips for anyone looking for a great experience and great haircut/hairstyle!

I was on deck inn 22 minutes .45 minutes later still waiting. Wow Well, part 2 Christy called me later this afternoon about the situation. She made me feel so much better about the company. She actually does care she's trying to make it better. So I changed my review from one star to a 3 star. Because there is someone driving to make it better.

My first time going here, I was so nervous because I barely get haircuts but my split ends needed a touch up and when I tell you I asked for my ends being trimmed I got what I asked for , because I’m trying to grow my hair longer, I will come back every time with SB she didn’t overly cut off my hair she understood what exactly a trim was THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Great service as well

I'm sorry to say that I left not a little bit ticked off. I laid out to the stylist how I wanted my hair cut and within just a few minutes it was beyond repair. None of my requests were followed. The only redeeming thing from this experience is that hair will grow back but I looked a little ridiculous in the office the following Monday. I'm afraid this isn't the first bad experience I've had there and I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

I waited for over an hour to have my hair cut, and never did happen. When I arrived 4 employees were present. 2 were cutting hair, 1 was walking around talking to everyone, and one disappeared (I assume their shift had ended) .Over the next 20 minutes, only one stylist was left working and the other one who was talking to everyone but still walking around chatting to people but each time someone would open the door to walk in they Would disappear.I can understand if it was a busy time, but I was one of three customers in the building at the time.Please share this information with your staff who worked on January 11, 2024 from 4 PM to 6 PM so that they can learn to improve their customer service skills and focus on their job!

Let me just start off by saying I'm Hispanic only because this is gonna come off as low key racist every time I've come here they've done an amazing job doing everything I've asked for to the exact details which is why I didn't give them a 1 star but I swear there's this one lady that works there this is twice now that I've gone she didn't understand a thing of what I told her to do she's Hispanic idk if she just doesn't understand English or whatever but Everytime she's been the lady to cut my hair she has completely ruined my hair and this was the final straw I asked for a high fade on the sides only to get that mullet look and she cut all the way around and the first time I told her the exact same thing only I added a little thinning on the side not only did she not thin the sides she cut the back of my hair really short this is probably the first rant ive ever done on a hair mind you im not the type of guy who cares to much about my hair I can handle a little slip up but her slip ups are beyond repair if I do end up coming back here I will instantly walk out of I see she's working and that's a big if

I'm a regular at this location and always see Maria. She is always on point with my haircut and extremely nice! Always remembers our conversations and gives the best scalp/shampoo treatment. Can't wait for my next appointment! See ya soon...!
