Went in for a haircut and had Trinity as my stylist. She was very friendly and took the time to explain what all she was doing and even provided me with suggestions on what she thought would look best on me. I normally will do “first available” when checking in but from now on I will be sure to request Trinity specifically because not only is she extremely professional she also does an amazing job cutting hair. Thank you!

I did not have a great experience. I got coughed on 3 times during my cut. Any guy that has a regular barber can tell if it’s going to be a good cut by the stroke of the clippers and I felt like she was cutting random spots in different places. 2nd time I’ve had this same stylist and I won’t choose her again.

Went in to change hairstyle from long to short. Hairstylist Trinity is great. Super nice and gave me a style I love. I will be chosing her next time I go back.

Ive been in a few times and my stylist Trinity, has done an amazing job with my hair everytime. She is very detailed and thoughtful, leaving me feeling refreshed after my haircuts. I 100% recommend her, she always goes above and beyond for her clients

I tried this place again after 4 years of not going. The wait time was an atrocious 48 minutes, but you can check in online, so I waited at home until the time. They have an owner for whom people were waiting 90+ minutes, but I ended up with the first available. This should have been a clue about what I was about to experience.
I was charged over 30 dollars, with tips included, for the worst haircut I have ever received. I don’t know if I got a nubee or what, but it took forever, and it was not worth the price I paid.
I could have done the exact crappy hair cut or even better doing it myself, in the dark, with one hand tied behind my back.
Maybe that’s why people only want the manager and are willing to wait 95-100 minutes for her.
I will never return to this place again.

I have only been here about 10 times between this and the Arlington location. This was by far my best experience I used Trinity. I would suggest anybody use her. She’s friendly knowledgeable and does great work thank you so much.
