The T-Mobile on Overtonridge don't like black ppl if you walk in they will completely ignore you ? it took 44mins and I for sure timed it when I asked for help it was two workers just talking and one girl working I had to wait on the girl that was working to help me when I tried to voice my complaint she looked at me like so what do you want I explained to her I was starting an up grade on the phone and was told I can finish it in the store so I can choose the color I wanted the man said if I change my plan and turn in my old phone a note 20 5g that it would be free I wouldn't have to pay a thing well the girl even tho she looked in my account still tried to charge me 600 bucks I asked the girl what's the difference between what they can do on the phone and in the store I learned the difference is the ppl on the phone have better jobs therefore they want to help u more the ones in the store just want the bonus and commission anyway the phone agent ANNA helped me get the phone I wanted the s24 ultra and for free no down payment I like T-MOBILE but the ppl un the store almost mad me leave for spectrum I don't wanna say those ppls names I don't want them fired ppl got family's to feed I just wish they had better customer service

These people are rude just like the comments said I walked in the store its 3 workers one customer I was ignored until I said something then the woman said don't you see we're busy and she wasn't doing anything I've been a customer for 10yrs and never been disrespected like I was I guess times haven't changed I was told on the phone I can go to the store to upgrade for free got to the store they say I owe 600

I usually do not write reviews but this is well deserved. I went in to open a new line with my wife and I was greeted immediately by a lovely young lady named Nelsy; unfortunately did not get her last name. She was quick, polite, efficient and VERY knowledgeable. When I asked her title, me and my wife were shocked she was just a representative. We thought she was the manager by the way she handled herself respectfully and how fast she was able to help us. Honestly we were already hesitant switching to tmobile and coming in to this store. It is not in the best part of Fort Worth; and we have heard horror stories from our friends. If it was not for Nelsy helping us, I honestly would not have opened service with tmobile. She is an asset to the company and others should follow her lead. I was there for 45min and saw other representatives being unprofessional with their customers, one even rolled their eyes! What a shame for that young lady to waste her talents there.

Best service EVER!!! Took care of the issue we went there for (son’s phone wouldn’t charge), and left with TMobile’s internret for our home, as well! Everything was fully explained to us…we are “elderly” and all of this is very confusing for us. It’s all working just fine!!! We are VERY pleased!

Ivan was very detailed and thoroughly explained all of my options. He was also personable and made my new phone purchase very smooth and easy. He accommodated all of my requests, answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Will definitely be back anytime I have any future phone needs. Also, I love love love my Samsung Galaxy Flip 5

Incredible service! I went in not knowing what all we would need to do to transfer my mom's phone from a plan I did not have control over to a new line with T-Mobile added to our existing plan. Her phone had no service when we went in and we left with it working and with a temporary number until we can get everything sorted with her old plan and get her number transferred over fully. Jorge was amazing and helped us and was super knowledgeable about the whole process and was amazingly meticulous putting a new screen protector on her phone. Mom was so happy to have a working cell phone again and it looks like new!

After having a bad experience at the Clearfork location, drove over here to upgrade my phone. Was taken care of ASAP. Miguel made sure to explain every detail of my upgrade and cost. Great quick experience. Will make sure to recommend others to this store and will come back for future assistance.

I wish I could leave 0 stars, horrible service. Literally walked in and 4 associates were assisting other people, no one stopped to acknowledge or say hello, we will be with you shortly. Complete disregard as I quietly waited to be assisted for 30 mins. In that time associates wrapped up sales and assisted others while noticing I was waiting, a simple glance here and there and no acknowledgment at all. I arrived a couple hours before closing so I assume they were tired from their day. But I have never encountered such terrible customer service. It’s as if they didn’t want my business or my money. Pleas go check out T-Mobile in Hulen Mall, way better service!

5 stars well deserved!! Miguelangel helped me out tremendously on which new phone to get and helped me switch carriers. Very friendly and professional environment. Would recommend to anyone wanting to save money and get the newest phones out there now with amazing service !

I normally hate going in to make any type of changes on my acct/ upgrades but this time was different. Miguel helped me during this process and he was very helpful, professional and nice. The process was fast and easy and I definitely recommend requesting him.

×Visited on 9.19.23×I think I might have to create a bunch of fake accounts to go ahead and keep giving 5 star reviews on the service provided to me by Jace, because a single 5 star review from my one account is just not fair to him :)He told me in the store that he was going to be transferring stores soon. So unfortunately, anyone reading this review in the near future, wont get the same level of expertise, dedication, and knowledge that I was given by him.Compared not only to other T-Mobile stores/employees that I've interacted with, he is one of the most knowledgeable individuals about his area of work that I've ever met PERIOD!we all are used to what happens whenever you go to a cell phone store and then you are told that whatever it is that you need taken care of is going to be "no problem" and "easily resolved" and yadiyada...and then 3 hours later, you are walking out of the store with nothing that you had. Originally wanted… ive dealt with this problem A LOT recently, especially when my phone, that was my only way of accessing my money, broke completely.The afternoon of september nineteenth was when this problem was resolved by jace! I told him my situation that had been continuing for far longer than I ever could have imagined or wanted and far longer than was necessary for my work and life needs… I gave him the parameters of what I could spend in the store and gave him a relatively quick run down and within the hour I was out of there with one phone AND home internet for <$19

Gabby! She is just a delight to work with and she made sure I understood everything before I left, she even simplified it on a sticky note so I would remember. ( I have terrible memory) this is the best T-Mobile I have ever been to. From the moment you enter the door you feel welcomed. Thanks Gabby for being so awesome!
