I went to upgrade my iphone 12. Ericka helped me thru the process and answered all of my questions. She even installed the screen protector and phone case! Great service!

My husband and I just stopped in to look at phones, no plans on buying whatsoever. However, we ended up leaving with two brand new phones after talking with Eme. She was amazing. Helped us get so many promotions, cancel our service with AT&T (who was ripping us off btw), and transfer all of our stuff to our new phones.

Well, my phone decided to Sh-it itself out, and the gentleman with the tattoo'd arms was amazing at getting me a new phone set up without completely breaking me. The other associate chatted with me during set up, and I felt really at ease (though I highly doubt I looked like it). (If I got any pronouns wrong, I apologize). I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this store if you're looking for thoughtful, and comfortable service

walked in to upgrade my phone and the employee basically told me no in every way he could, told me to go here to get my phone fixed instead of upgrade, wait for the next phone, don’t do it no matter what. Ended up walking out since he didn’t want to help me.

I have been with Tmobile since 2003, and this experience won't make me change providers. However, I had to give a review to this store specifically. I recently traded my phone for a new one. Over the phone, they told me I could go to drop it off at the store or send it by mail. I personally preferred dropping it off at the store for safety reasons. They couldn't accept because of some system issue....I was sent to the Grapevine mills store to see if they were able or not. At the Grapevine store I decided to buy a screen protector for my new phone....they didnt install it correctly and I was told that if it wasnt corrected on its own in the next 48hrs to go to any store and they would replace it. I was told the same thing over the phone. They told me it is on your account, so they should be able to see it. Well, I went to this store again and told them about the screen protector, and they didn't want to help me because I didn't buy with them. The associate manager (Cindy) told me that it affects that stores numbers if she was to replace it, that I should go back to Grapevine so it impacts their number's. I barely visit a store, only when is a must, I preferred to do things over the phone since they are ALWAYS nice...but this service at this location definitely DOES NOT represent the way I've been treated by Tmobile reps over the last 2 decades.

Was not the experience I'm used to getting at a tmobile store. I just went in to add a line and buy a new phone for my dad. I already knew what I was going to get, but the agent kept arguing with me to get a different phone. I did a lot of research and communicated with my dad on which phone we were going to get. But the guy kept arguing. Then my stepmom wanted a phone. So I added another line to my account. And I'll admit, we didn't have a phone picked out for her previously. She wanted a lower end samsung, but the agent said another phone was so much better and same price. I'm not going to say anything bad about that process, except I felt intimidated. So we went with his choice. One of the main problems we had was that we were handed off to 3 different people from start to finish.I'm used to starting with one agent and go through everything with the same agent. It just seems more professional and courteous to just be dealing with 1 person. At the end I told my stepmom if she didn't like the phone we could bring it back within 14 days as I had read. But the agent was sure to let us know about the restocking fees, as we were walking out. And not in a nice way. I will not be going back to this store. I'm happy with tmobile as a whole, and do not get pleasure from writing a not perfect review. But if I can give some constructive criticism to help future customers, that's what I'm trying to accomplish right now.Maybe it was an off day for them but I just don't like being juggled from one agent to the next. The girl that finished transferring the data did her job, and didn't make us feel intimidated.But really would have rather stay with the first agent throughout the process, even though we kind of argued about the phone I wanted. We did see eye to eye eventually.I still would recommend tmobile as a whole. And in the end we eventually got everything taken care of.

Unbelievable how this company have people working here that don’t know what they are doing or talking about. Walked in today with a couple of questions and the lady looked at me like I was talking in Chinese. We both speak English. TMobile please hire more knowledgeable people. You guys make millions of dollars smh ??♂️
