The lady at the copy center was welcoming and super helpful and inviting. She even explained what machines they have! Unfortunately, staples has made printing prices so astronomical that printing a basic manual went from $25 to over $300. It's cheaper to buy expensive books instead of printing supplemental materials. This is right near the university. Companies can't afford the print prices, so students obviously can't. It's no wonder that the place is so empty. They are pricing themselves into doom.

All the employees in the print area are so nice! Especially Jenn, she goes in above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need. So sweet!

It's embarrassing how awful this place is. Horrid customer service, with a terrible attitude. The printer failing when I'm just trying to print one thing was hilarious. Save yourself the trip and visit Office Depot

One of the copiers was down. The woman behind the counter did not make sure I understood the strange directions to print something from my USB. Maybe she was having a bad day. I think management is to blame. She walked away and I decided is go to Office Depot instead where I had no issues. Won't go back.

What’s the point of having a website if you can’t view products and items? Staples Canada website actually has a working website where you can see what you want and buy online. Your American store & website needs to really be updated and with the times. Your website is useless. Ugh, Americans ?

Horrible experience!!! Manager Tameka was rude! As soon as we walked in she answered “yeah?!” and immediately told us they didn’t carry it when in reality they really did!

After seeing some of the other reviews here about flaky TSA precheck support, I called this morning to verify before I went in. Turns out they only do appointments on Saturdays. You cannot do walk-ins on Saturdays at this location. Hopefully this helps some other folks here. It's probably best to just schedule an appointment if you're not in a rush.

Don’t go to this location for TSA pre check. I had to reschedule appointment a few times because nobody was there during the scheduled time. I even called ahead to ensure someone will be there but when I showed up, nobody was there. Staples employees are unable to help since it’s a third party. I have yet been able to go to the appointment because of this.

For TSA pre check must bring a passport. Does not accept any other documents. Did not get told this until after waiting an hour and a half. WAIST OF TIME.

I recently got card stock invites here. My order was difficult and unique. I had 3 different cuts and they were unique cuts, so they would line up a certain way when stacking them. Jenn and her crew were so amazingly helpful; answering my questions, making sure I put it in my orders the right way, going above and beyond to make sure the invites were the correct cuts and high quality. Looking forward to the next time I need something printed. Thank y’all for your amazing service, it doesn’t go unrecognized!

I guess honoring sale price tags is not what this Staples do. I went to look at laptops. Found one for $429. I asked if they still had one . The so called " manager" said she would go check. After about 15 min she come back stating it was the wrong price. It should have been $518 and that she couldn't override the price per the general manager whom she talked to on the phone. Soooo, all the other sale prices on the other laptops were correct except the one I wanted. It was Saturday so I know the tag had been there all week. She said it was a mistake (even when the sale ended the same day 12/17/22 ) then she grabbed the sales tag and just walked away. What piss- pore customer service. Will not go back there or any other Staples for that matter.
