The fact that your baristas get my order correct and serve me promptly is the saving grace here preventing me from 1 starring you. Please, for the love of all that is holy, please mix your drinks properly! Having to drink absolutely mid coffee though my whole venti followed by a vile rush of sugar at the end because a barista was too lazy to do more than 3 turns of a spoon is so consistently frustrating that is legitimately makes me violent for the rest of the day. Turning what was suppose to get me through the day into the reason why I care so little, I will continue to self-sabotage my own day. Please mix your drinks properly.

I will never return to this particular location, ever. I still enjoy Starbucks coffee from anywhere else but here. The service is just that bad. Got my order wrong and I got the worst attitude to get what I order.

Excellent customer service at this Starbucks. Dining room was clean. Music was low to minimal. A very nice environment. Great staff and consistent drinks.

I ordered an iced coffee with sauce instead of classic. There was barely any flavor, too much ice when I asked for light ice, and the lid wasn’t properly on and the drink spilled all over me. The service was dull and not helpful in general. I will never go back to this

Today's drive through service was Awesome. The Young blonde female was so kind she put cute holiday stickers on my lid and the green stopper so my coffee doesn't spill when I hit bumps while driving I didn't have to ask for it. And I just knew my coffee was going to taste exactly the way I ordered it. And it surly did it tasted like when I first became a Starbucks customer it wasn't bitter or cold it was EXACTLY what I ordered and paid for!! What a Pleasant Experience today!!! Yesterday's I went to grocery store so I could start making coffee at home because previous Starbucks visits weren't good, but I didn't have time to make it this morning and decided to go to your store today, but understanding I probably won't get what I order and pay for. I don't know who has been making my coffee previously and what they have been serving me or why they haven't tried to represent Starbucks better, but I really appreciate this beautiful young lady and her High Standards of Exellence it is greatly appreciated!!!! I know it's just coffee, but customer service is at a low in our nation so when you find Excellence it must be celebrated. ?

BLUF: large location with plenty of space that is dirtier than other locations . Coffee tastes great , however , it falls back on ambience and presentation.I often travel and visit Starbucks and this one was quite the disappointment. It’s got a great location but due to it being near the high school , it is often filthy , and you can tell it’s not being taken care off. It is very spacious , and has more of an open plan. Lots of students hang out there due to Saginaw high school being nearby so it can be quite crowded at times.

Usually this location is great. Today I was served a COLD turkey bacon & egg white sandwich. Employees are always super friendly, though.

Y'all's store is so under organized and the staff just don't have any customer service skills for anything they don't great the customers as the come in and they leave them standing their after the fact their order is finished ? such a bad customer experience hope they hire better staff..

This store constantly messes up on orders. Never order a mobile order because it won't be correct when you pick it up and you'll have to deal with it or go back for them to give you your original order. When your $30 order isn't correct and you have to go back a 2nd time, they should do something for the inconvenience of you having to come back instead of just saying "we're sorry". Also, when you order a mobile order of oatmeal, they'll literally just going to give you the oats without any toppings. So, you're going to buy OATS for $4.00 without toppings. Other stores I've been to give you the toppings without asking. I come here all the time and this is the worst service I have ever received. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Save yourself frustration and just go to a different coffee shop.

I ordered online from the Starbucks app because you could get 50% off from ordering online. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino with extra ice and extra caramel. So it came out to $3.22, and payed with a gift card. I went to pick it up, and found out it had a flat lid and no whipped cream. Everybody else had a dome lid with their Frappuccino, except mine. Unacceptable. I know I'm making a big deal out of a lid, but if you have it available, why not just put it on there? I have been going here since it opened in 2019, and have finally decided to write a review. They have done other things too, (some on the management's part) had no sleeves, no caramel, and a couple of other things.

I come here very often. Most of the employees here are pretty friendly. So sometimes they made mistakes, I just let it go.Today I ordered some food and two VENTI coffee. The drinks didn't taste as good as usual. Something was off.Seeing is believing. Both of my coffee orders were like the picture. That's a venti size cup but look at the amount of my coffee and ice. The coffee wasn't fill up and they gave me tons of ice.It's very disrespectful to your customers and your job. Whoever made the coffee must see it before sending out but still chose to send out like that. I didn't say anything at the store cause I didn't want to embarrass anyone. I hope the manager can do something with the quality control.
