Customer service is non-existent! Example, we spent $50- and the employee expected us to pick through other orders and figure out which products were ours. It was too much effort for them to determine which orders they placed on the counter.

Whoever work on Sunday morning keep making the order wrong, not up to standard. At other Starbucks, my light ice order still got a full cup, at this place, they only give me half a cup.

The barista guided me so wrong on a drink. They were giving out samples and I was trying to order the drink I sampled and unfortunately she told me it vanilla bean is popular with the olive oil and it was absolutely disgusting. I can taste the olive oil strongly in that and it REALLY does not seem to pair well so I feel like she just didn't have an answer for me and made something up. I regret listening to her. To pay extra just to throw out that nastiness sucks. The sample I tried was easily one of the best thing coffee drinks I've ever tasted so it's a pity they don't even know what they were handing out.

The service is slow and the drinks never taste the same. Mocha frap not sweet tasted bitter the hot peppermint mocha has no peppermint taste it taste like burnt coffee.

Staffing appear to have improved as in baristas who seem eager to help and are indeed knowledgeable about the product offerings.

Some of the staff are really rude when answering the phone. I get it that it could be busy, but instead of asking to hold for the person to answer rudely and trying to the rush through the conversation is completely unprofessional. Also when there is releases of the cups, why is there release dates if the cups are sold and put out on display before hand. What’s the point of release dates if they are just sold whenever that just isn’t fair. Super disappointed.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had , there were two girls working. One was named Conner or Connie this was on Labor Day 9/5/2022 @ 5 pmI waited at the cashier to order when she was like oh did you need something ? Like no girl I just like to stand at Starbucks for fun . Then when I was paying she just walked away. Never said like thankYou or if I needed a receipt. Then I was like ok so I walked to where I wait for my drink and they never said anything just put the drinks there till I realized they were just sitting there. ALL this with that girl Conner or Connie with a air pod in her ear. That’s so rude to listen to music while people are trying to talk to you. They looked like they hated the world tbh.

Be cooler if the young barista would get off her phone while scrolling through personal pictures while talking to her friend off to the side.....and just take our order ? I'm cool with people coming to visit but come on.....

It says it closes at 9 PM. I made it at 8:48 PM and it was already closed. Enough said.
