I had a very poor customer experience with an employee named Jonah today. Jonah seemed awfully scattered brained while taking my order. He/she didn’t know they had a certain coffee available and stated that he/she had just got there after realizing they did have the coffee I asked for. I smiled it off and ordered a pumpkin bread warm with a Venti dark roast and offered to buy he/she a coffee too just trying to lighten up the situation. He/she said nothing… I paid with my app and sat down. My pumpkin bread was out within a minute! After 15 minutes of waiting for my coffee, I got up from the table , got back in line and re-ordered the entire order again just to see if the customer experience would be different. It definitely was better but after she rang it up I confused her by saying I would just like my original order and that the original coffee was never made for me. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Very apologetically she turned to an employee and within 30 seconds I had a coffee in my hand. While I was explaining the original order issues to her, Jonah came out of the back and heard me say the coffee was never made. He/she looked at a beautiful blonde employee said a few words and the blonde said sorry , they had miscommunication on the order. I truthfully believe all this miscommunication through the entire process was unfortunately on Jonah being completely scatterbrained, unprofessional and unprepared to start his/her shift. Please look into this matter, as I know your cameras have audio video on them. I purchased my order at 11:24 on 3/7/2024.

Out of every Starbucks, I’ve been to, this one was the absolute best, hands-down. I placed the mobile order and immediately went to drive-through to pick it up, which is something customers usually should not do yet they were very accommodating and made my order immediately. They are very attentive, and very nice. I will continue to use this Starbucks before work! Good job yall!

Their 18 wheeler always dropping off products at the most busiest times(lunch time in particular)to where they block an entire driveway. Making people drive all the way around. Its not right for people who only has 30 minutes for lunch trying to get something quick to eat in the area.

Drive thru lane was going pretty fast. When I got up to the microphone, there was a lady huffing and puffing over what I was ordering. My order was one tall drink and sandwich (was having a tough morning so I decided to treat myself and take my mind off) her attitude wasn't helpful. When I got up to the window I wanted an extra shot bc I remembered from past experiences that this place forgets to put the espresso in the drink. There's a young man who I ask it from nicely and the lady/pregnant comes up and says we made your drink already you should've ordered it at the mic. She's completely right I told her I know but there's never been an issue with people asking at the window. The young man at the window seemed nervous and shaky so I'm sure this person isn't pleasant to work with either. We all have bad days and struggles and it's not helpful when others who choose not to be self aware put out so much negativity. Customer service jobs are to serve the customer & as a customer I wasn't rude or disrespectful. Thanks for my coffee

I visit this Starbucks (Trinity and 360) every time I am in town. The folks are friendly. It is a very busy store as there are 4 hotel all right next door, plus many businesses and it’s convenient location to the highway makes is a prime choice for motorists. Even during peak periods, the staff is working diligently and as a team to get orders out quickly. The longest I have ever waited was 8 minutes and the store was packed, drive through had tons of cars and there were dozens of mobile orders popping out of the machine. They do a great job at this store. I may have been here a few too many times that they have also learned my name and greet me every time I walk in. I don’t live here but a visit to this store is one of my highlights when I am here for work.

Wanted a coffee and a spot to sit and enjoy while I did a little reading m. Side door was locked, I walked around to other door and as I walked in guy in blue sweatshirt yelled "our cafe' is closed for now at least." It was 9:10 am I noticed cars in the drive thru but not extending past the building. I also noticed two employees were putting new garbage bags into garbage cans. So basically I was kicked out of Starbucks because you had one guy who was over whelmed. He needs to be taught to have his employees do job so he can make sure your customers are taken care of. This is poor training on you Starbucks.

I always go through the drive through and their customer service is amazing! They’re always patient and informative. So far they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The inside of the establishment is very clean! They always have (in my opinion) full stock of cups and other merchandise in shelves.Dietary restrictions: They offer multiple types of dairy alternatives.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the doors and next to the building.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I come to this Starbucks almost daily, and the only real complaint that I have is that they're incredibly slow and mostly always rude with a few exceptions. Not really a big issue unless I'm running late, but that's always my own fault. HOWEVER, today while waiting way too long for my coffee, I witnessed something inexcusable, yet, not surprising. Male cashier (unsure his name, taller guy with the afro) mumbled under his breath at someone who brought in a service dog, right as I was ordering "ugh get that damn dog out of here" and then as we're all waiting, he kicks the dog out... I wasn't aware that Starbucks was above ADA laws??? The guy didn't make a scene about it other than asking "even though it's a service dog?" To which the cashier guy stated firmly that they don't allow any animals inside of their Starbucks. The owner of the dog didn't really make a scene, which is unfortunate, however I will make this known as other people are watching. Staff definitely needs training on ADA laws and how to be nicer to customers.

The black girl working the drive thru this afternoon was extremely rude. I have never encountered a rude employee at this location until today. Usually my experience is nothing short of wonderful.
