It was a pleasure doing business with Tonya today getting a storage unit. She is so sweet and helpful that it made a stressful situation very easy. This place is old and needs maintence bad. Their old fire sprinkler piping burst overnight and flooded everything in my storage unit. Spent 2 full days cleaning up the mess and trying to salvage what I could. The have offered me nothing but a insurance form and they clearly do not care whatsoever. Insurance will not give me a dime for my time wasted cleaning up the mess their old sprinkler system caused. No customer service whatsoever. Will update this post if resolved.
