Rented a storage room for my son today at the store on Normandale in Fort Worth. Donna gave us exceptional service. She gave us all the details we needed to know and answered all our questions. She drove us in a golf cart to look at the room we were inquiring about and pointed our the different sizes of rooms as we drove by them at my request. She has a very pleasant personality and was easy to talk to. She is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the storage facility. Very pleased with the service regarding our transaction.

The process was fast, smooth, and easy. Travis made the entire process as simple as possible and he was super friendly. I was coming for a short term lease but after seeing how affordable it was and Travis explaining it was a month to month lease, I will be staying for a while. Thank you Travis
