Do yourself a favor and spend whatever it cost to use another company. Led by Daniel, Andrea, Melissa, and Teresa you will be told that they’re working on getting everything setup for you when they’re actually doing nothing. Had a site visit scheduled and was canceled the day it was scheduled. Finally got the site visit completed on a Thursday and was told the plans would be sent to me no later than Monday. Waited until Wednesday, sent Daniel a message no response. Called and spoke with Andrea Thursday, was told she would speak with Daniel and get back with me, received no reply. Called and spoke with Melissa Friday, said the same thing as Andrea and again no response. Spoke with Teresa on Monday and she was familiar with the situation, but could provide no help. She stated that Omar was the next in charge, but could provide no contact information. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle of doing business with Suburban Propane.

Placed a call for refill and was told it would be done in 2 days. Called the morning at 9:00 on the day of our refill and was told we were #9 on the list. We explained we did not have any electricity and our generator was supplying our entire house. Operator said nothing could be done to alter the route. They would be at our house early afternoon. Called again at 4:25pm and was told we were #15 on the list and learned that the dispatcher can adjust the route.
Very disappointed.

We’ve been withSuburban Propane for 7 years and we always get great service. When you reach out to customer service they are always willing to hep you.

Set an appointment and took off work for this appointment. Called to confirm the day of when no technician had shown up and was told the appointment was tentative based on how fast o signed a service agreement prior to them coming on the property. Do not recommend.

If you are a fan of automated phone answering, push 1 thru 3 and on hold for ever (10 minutes) until you hangup out of frustration, this is the place you!
2 other propane business within 5 minutes of this location have actual employees answering the phones, so I drove down the road and Joe Rider got my business!

I have been served by suburban propane for many years and I am very happy with their service throughout. I have no desire to look elsewhere for this service.
