Went there one evening and they were closed - no explanation. Went back a couple days later and they had one guy trying to keep up with everything. Poor guy - felt bad for him, but we left without ordering and will not be back.

Ordered food online and the app said the food is ready but it wasn’t. Had to wait for them to finish other peoples food before they even made mine. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not going to be ready.

I never* go to subway. But tonight I was absolutely starving and for some reason was craving a CBR. Anyways, I drove a little out of my way to go to this location and when I walked in there were 2 subway employees sitting down talking. The guy had immediately told me they were out of bread and that they couldn’t serve me. So as I turned around to leave, a woman behind the counter asked me what sandwich I wanted and I said I wanted a 6in on white and she signaled me to go through the line as they had about 10 loaves of white bread. She then pointed out to the guy that he needed to restock the line which he was in zero hurry to do (I guess that’s why I got the incorrect cheese- but not a big deal).Was it a little annoying that he didn’t take the time to look and see if they had bread before he told me he couldn’t serve me? Yes.However, I guess that comes with the territory of going to an establishment where the employees make minimum wage. They aren’t motivated have good customer service skills.I’m happy Amanda helped me out though!

Sent my son for a Tuna with veggies. They game him a veggie sandwich, he went back and they wanted to charge him for new sandwich. They couldn't even make a new one just gave him Tuna like this in a cup. Spoke with the manager and she insisted they can't take a sandwich back which I understand but their only solution was scooping tuna into a cup and make me make the sandwich. Not once did they offered to make a new one and just charge the difference. I have been to this subway a few times but this is my last one. Management, take note, this is the only subway close by in this area and not 1 review is good.

This of the 2nd time I’ve come to this location and will not come back. The service is so slow. One person on the phone not helping, another woman in the back wandering around and we’ve been here for 15 minutes and still haven’t been helped.

I have done 3 mobile orders from here and each time an order was wrong. I know at times people make mistakes and I move on with things, no complaints just chalk it up to an error and that's that. I'm posting the review in hope that a person from the store sees it and fixes the issues at hand. Getting an order wrong isn't going to ruin someone, yet what it will do when it happens repeatedly is lose out on business. It's why I won't be going here anymore and letting others know. Hopefully in the future things change where as a customer you'll have faith that a order is right when you pick it up, until then I tried 3 different times and each time an issue came up. My review is based on those issues and nothing more.

Just stopped by after a 15 hour shift and on my feet for 15,000 steps after work. The hours on the site and on the door say 10pm. It is 9:45. The young person working has already locked the door. Not good service at all and very irritating to someone like me that just wants to go home and has the work ethic to stay AFTER my shift but has to deal with people that don’t even want to stay for their scheduled shift to serve paying customers. By the way, it is Tuesday night, December 5, 2023 at 9:45 in the evening if anyone that owns this place would like to explain to their employees what “business hours” means. It would be great if that could happen. Thanks.

I've had issues every time I go and keep giving chance after chance, no more. Your staff is garbage your system is garbage. Keep giving my online orders out to other people again like now and the sandwiches are so skimp, hardly any meat. Customer service is garbage as well had to jump through hoops to verify my order she even had to call a manager to check if she could make my sandwich when I showed debit card and described the order that I placed. By the way they told me they know people take other people orders that's why they keep them behind the counter.. really then why did you give my sandwiches to someone else lol.. idiots is what you see when you walk in

The manager here literally smokes cigs in the back of the store. Ive worked here and the place is so bad i quit the day i came back. This place just needs to be shut down asap. Worst subway around

This subway now has a metal cover over the meats so you can’t see what they look like. We ordered wheat bread and you couldn’t see it either thru this metal window and got home the bread was burnt. No longer a fan of subway they lost my business.
