Terrible customer service. Trying to browse the shoes and the cashiers will constantly hound you, asking if you need help. Fix the store layout or trust your customers more. I’d like to shop in peace without being assumed I’m a shop lifter!

I had a great experience with this business and location today! Michelle the customer salesperson offered to help me and I didn't even have to ask unlike other businesses near where I live. Because of her great help I brought my business here. She showed me a foot analysis machine that scans your foot and best shoes for you. I found this analysis very interesting and able to find the perfect shoe for my excercise. I never doubt this business they have the best customer service experience always. I'm glad I came here plus I was able to save some $ on the shoes I got. Which I wasn't able to if I'd bought them elsewhere but here. Ty Michelle and S&S.

Great shop if you’re here for stuff that’s harder to find in Texas like snow gear! They also have an amazing lineup of shoes, water sports and mountain biking!
