Got nails done 2weeks ago got tip on pointing finger right hand. The nail is coming up already and the thumb nail on right hand polish coming off. Talk to Lai she said she would repair. But when I get there she take the polish off both nails then said she would repair for $15, I began to walk out then she said $10, then called me on my phone and said come back $5.00. I would not recommend there services. They have a rude employee and they just quote out prices stated because nails are long. I am not cutting my nails to accommodate there services. I will never go back to them. Now she's calling I will do for you. NO THANKS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS GOING TO MAKE HER MY NAIL TECH BUT NOT NO MORE. Gel polish is suppose to last a whole month. The pedicure is lasting and its regular nail polish
Stylist: Lai terrible job I won't be back paid $60 plus tipped her for my gel polish to start peeling and the tip on onr finger glue lifting after 2 weeks and all I do is sit at home all-day I'm a homemaker. This hurt and socks wasted my time and money

I just left from there and the owner painted my nails so sloppy, it was an emergency stop for Mr to go there anyways. I wanted Ivy but she was doing a pedi so the owner Lisa did my nails and I feel like I wasted my money. And I noticed that the acetone she used for me to soak off my gel Polish that she sucked it back into the bottle she peered it out of. So that means she's reusing the acetone. I will never go there ever again.
