I went to the store at 558 Alta Mere, Fort Worth, TX 76114 on 5 August at 1:46PM, a walk-in without appointment. I've have a number of haircuts at this store. My stylist was Jaime this day, who has cut my hair several times this year. When I got home and looked in the mirror the right side was uneven and choppy.
I went back on 6 August approximately 5:10PM, again no appointment. There was one customer in the chair, another customer waiting who stated he made a prior appointment. As I checked in, the stylist said I would have to come back the next day. I said I had a haircut the day prior and needed that cut fixed then sat down in the Guest chairs.
Customer number 1 left a few moments later. While the stylist was sweeping she said again I would have to come back the next day. This is where I asked her name and left. This was at 5:17PM.
Posted hours said Close at 7PM.
As I checked in there were no other appointments showing on the screen except for the customer with the prior appointment. Yasmine gave no other explanation as to this store was closing early.
Meanwhile, I have a haircut that this time didn't meet Supercuts or my standard. No voices were raised but this is not good customer service on Yasmine's part.

Stacye took care of me for a haircut. Very pleased with visit. She was pleasant asked how I wanted it cut. Walked me to door and helped me navigate a curb with my walker. This 90 year old appreciated her assistance and courtesy. Will be back!

The hairstylist Stacye is fantastic! She cut my hair with care rather than rushing through it. The hairdresser spends time with her clients and will make adjustments slowly. You can put your trust in her with your hair!
