No point on reserving a time when they don't keep their appointments. Sandra claims just because you make one don't mean it's kept. 30 minutes goes by and ain't been seen. Another guy walks in with no scheduled appointment and gets seen right away. When I asked Sandra for a number to make a complaint she wouldn't give me the number. She stated that there is no number but I can give her my number to give it to them. .That don't sound right at all. So I went to another Supercuts and got my 2 son's haircuts and got the email to make a complaint.
