Switched to T-Mobile from my previous carrier at this location. Eve and Nina were a fantastic help in getting me set up with a new IPhone 13 and calling plan. Check in at the store was easy and the wait was not long at all. I will definitely come back to this location when it is time to upgrade my phone.

Tyler and Dan were TREMENDOUSLY helpful. They took their time, they were patient, and they made sure I had everything I needed when I switched to my new phone! I highly recommend you come to this location!

Customer service was amazing!!! Nelsy was incredibly helpful and was knowledgeable on everything we asked. She was able to answer our technical questions (phones & watches), billing questions and even was able to walk us through the rebate process. Thank you Nelsy, we almost didn't change over from AT&T but you were able to make us comfortable with the transition.

I have to give a BIG THANK YOU to Mariann and Shannon. They were a wonderful help in the store they got everything I needed sorted out quickly. Especially with my rebate and bill that had been quoted to me insufficiently. Please whatever you need to do for Christmas give them a bonus. They deserve it for the exceptional customer service they provided. In this day and age you do not get customer service and satisfaction like our grandparents had back in the day. They were amazing and my issues were resolved.

Since the moment we walked in the store, to the moment we left, my wife and I were treated like family. Called prior to going to make sure phone and color I was looking for was in stock. I was told it was so I went ahead and went in. Got to store and Taylor kept trying to sell me screen protector, case, and a watch prior to even bringing out the phone. I understand they are on commission and trying to get the most out of the sale but don’t keep pushing after being told i’m not interested. Had me waiting to see if the phone I called about was in the safe and there was a 10 minute timer I had to wait on. After more than 10 minutes, they finally came out from the back and said they only had a different color in stock. After I told him I wasn’t interested, Taylor said “Okay I’m going to go ahead and switch over your plan so when you do find the phone at a different location everything is set”. Been a customer for many years and never had this experience. Drove over to the 4811 Overton Ridge Blvd T-Mobile and Miguel took care of me ASAP. Hope people have a different experience at this clearfork location.

Not impressed. He asked me a million questions about why I wanted to upgrade my phone after I said I wanted to look around but he just kept bugging me. Made me feel very uncomfortable to the where I said I would just preorder a phone so I could leave. Will not return to this branch.

I absolutely appreciate and love the customer service you receive here at the T-MOBILE in Clearfork! Amy & Dylan are exceptional! They go above and beyond for you. I’ve seen it from Amy more then once! She literally treats everyone of her customers with full care! I can’t thank you enough. You make my experiences go seamlessly!

I feel bad for the rep that was onsite helping us. He actually did his best with the little support he had. There was no management on site with only 1 employee. Who was not trained well at all. Took 3 hour to port a number and order a new phone. Then the phone was sent to the wrong address. The manager was useless every time the rep called asking for help. Plus calling the T-Mobile customer service number basically told me to bad not much we can do. So now I'm having to on a hurt to find the phone I order. GM should be fired.

Dylon and Vince were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help our family upgrade our phones. By far the best T-Mobile store we've been to in the DFW because of these two gentlemen.Thank you Dylon and Vince!
