Spent 1 3/4 hours with foreign call center trying to do something that should have taken 5 minutes. The retail store was no help. Total waste of time. They did a great job selling the phone and service, but after the sale, it was a disaster. I won't be back!

Find someplace that isn't staffed by a couple of Company robots! You will find no trace of humanity here, No empathy, No understanding of situation or communication between staff,call center etc... Just go someplace else

Ridiculous "service" if you can call it that. I came in and waited to be helped. I have a phone and internet with T-Mobile and wanted to add an Apple Watch. I was told by who I guess is a manager that I was next and someone in the meantime is going to review my "offers and the watches" to save time in my selection. That was all non-sense. Each time someone who came after me was helped (and the manager kept leaving the sales floor), I waited until finally he came to me and I said, did the others who were taken ahead of me have an appointment because I was next. He assured me it was an error and I would definitely be next and that he told the people on the floor. Next - of course someone else was taken ahead of me and I told the rep I was next!! She said she doesn't have the list - well how about you look up! I've been sitting here! So I saw the manager stroll back in and I informed him I was leaving since -- shocking-- no one knew to help me. He started to tell the female rep I was next and she cluelessly said she had no idea. Never coming here again and I may leave T-Mobile after this since their price is the same with other carriers paying you tons to switch. TRAIN your STAFF or have a MANAGER on the floor!

Abby is the best. She was patient with us as we asked so many questions. We were able to get new phones and internet service. Abby and both Christophers were helpful and very professional.

Very rude and unprofessional, stealing data and confiscating phones. A problem which should take less than 30min, had me waiting for more than 2 hours. The smell of skunk was very potent and uncomfortable. I hope management do their part with the unskilled employees.

Worst customer service ever. I was left waiting for over an hour by two incompetent employees who smelt like weed. They didn't know what they were talking about and were unable to resolve my problem. Will not be returning to this store. Hopefully management steps in and fixes the problem with these employees.

Absolutely the worst TMobile store possible. The whole store smelled like weed and the technicians were clearly intoxicated. After fighting an insurance recovery for an entire week, the staff at this store was incapable of clearing the data on my device. He left me alone to wait and helped other customers. After making me sit and wait 3 hours, telling me that I was not allowed to leave the store, I told them I can no longer stay. He told me he would keep my phone and charge me for the $1200 replacement phone covered by $80/month insurance warranty. He asked me to leave, while still in possession of my phone, and locked the doors behind him The tech was insistent that I had jailbroken my phone, when I am an Apple app developer and he was not educated about his products enough to know the difference. After a 30 minute call with T-Mobile regional supervisor, I was told the store was unable to charge device to my account even though they had threatened to multiple times. These technicians know absolutely nothing about the devices they are working on or the services they provide. In short, I walked in, they were unable to help, held me hostage for 3 hours and threatened to charge my account $1200 because of their incompetence. Avoid this store at all costs if you value customer service.
