I came to this store because trying to get a technical issue resolved, and I was absolutely amazed at the teamwork and effort Diana, Cisco, and Mary demonstrated to resolve the issue. They consulted with TMobile and Samsung Technical Support and used it as an opportunity to learn even more on how to troubleshoot my phone and watch.Ladies and Gentleman...I appreciate the exceptional customer service you chose to provide........Thanks

Way below professional. I had to get T-Mobile corporate in the phone and they heard first hand how shady this store is. T-Mobile and I both are filing a complaint. Do not go to this store.

Worst experience ever! Please make sure you get everything the sales rep tells you in writing when trading in phones or adding services. They are not sales professionals selling on value but instead lying to get your sale. Sat in the lobby for over 45 minutes to speak with a manager. No Corporate number and unable to get the District Manager! Take your business elsewhere. T-Mobile is getting ridiculous!

DON’T GO HERE! BETTER LOCATION JUST DOWN THE ROAD.1310 W Pipeline Rd Ste A-4, Hurst, TX 76053^^GO TO THIS LOCATION ^^Went in New Year’s Day to switch out a faulty home internet gateway. T-Mobile’s service team assured me this would be much easier than having to wait on shipping. This location refused to make the switch unless I would add more services to my account. They were completely unwilling to help and gave me multiple weak excuses as to why they were unable to do so…The other location that helped me in Hurst was five star! The team was quick and very helpful in getting me a new gateway and making sure I had everything I needed. Props to their manager and team! Go visit this store instead! They will save you a lot of time and headache.

I needed to add a phone and a line to my existing account. This location at Eastchase kept trying to hard sell me something I did not want. Instead, I went to the Pipeline T-Mobile location and they sold me exactly what I wanted within minutes. A few hours later when I had the Verizon information I needed to port the number over to the new phone, I went back to the Eastchase location because I was told any location can do it and this one is closer to my home. However, this location said they needed 5 days and it may cost more for them to do it (when the T-Mobile 800 number and the other store told me this could be done within 24 hours). So I am heading back to the Pipeline store. I highly recommend the Pipeline store. They deserve 5 stars. If you want to be sold more than you want/need and are willing to pay extra for it, then please go to the Eastchase location. They deserve 0 stars.

Not complaining about the store but there service in this area sucks I live in 76120 and I can never use my phone Internet or call without being cut off multiple times and keep in mind I have been struggling since August 2022 and made multiple tickets still they do nothing and I pay 46$ per line for a line a barely use

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Brenda Reyes and Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me. I rate their customer experience skills a 10 out of 10. If you ever need help in purchasing a new device from this place, please refer to Brenda Reyes. Overall staff was great. While there, I got to see Abel deescalate a situation where the customer came into the store very angry, yelling and causing scene. Abel showed professionalism and left me 1000% impressed. I manage 5 dental clinics at a corporate level, and I must say, I almost wanted to bring Abel on board.

Please see Gage for any of your T-mobile needs! He was extremely helpful, honest and patient. Which is hard to find these days. If he's busy, he's worth the wait! Remember Gage is the guy to see!
