Signed up for service & purchase a ZAGG invisible shield for iPhone 14 Pro Max @ $59.99 with a lifetime warranty. The shield cracked and broke within 6 months. I made a claim with ZAGG and received a very thin shield after they resent it to a wrong address. Needless to stay the shield cracked the first day after installing. Save your money.

Be careful not to get scammed by getting T-Mobile home internet. I been dealing with this issue since Jan with no solution. I was given an internet box after waiting for one to be mailed to me, it never showed so I went into the store for the box. I was given the box and wasn't told it was more a hot spot when I was told it'll be unlimited and it said unlimited on their site. I cancelled my AT&T since my phone was T-Mobile and I been a T-Mobile customer for many years. Now I'm stuck with not having internet because it stop working due to the hot spot reached its limit. I spoke to customer service, a supervisor and went into the store. Only explanation to resolve was I can return it. Very poor customer experience and service. Return it after I already cancelled AT&T? How about fix your wrong for valued customers.

They will sell you a nee line in store but cannot cancel one in store. You have to call and wait on the phone for 30 plus minutes. Horrible service if you can buy a new line in this place I should be able to cancel in store as well.

My experience with Jeremiah (?) was amazing. He didn't pressure anything. Later, my husband ran into some issues with one individual, but the manager came along and more than made up for it. It's why we've been customers for more 20 years.

Went to store three associates rushed me i asked to buy phone and they indicated that none were at store. They referred me to another store that they indicated had phone on site. When I reached other store 6 miles away they indicated that store had phone but since I was buying and not adding a line they lied as selling phone does not make them money.

This visit was a great experience. I went in to upgrade my 5 year old work tablet to a Galaxy Tab-9s. In and out with everything I needed in 25 minutes.

I went for a warranty phone number and the staff was rude when answering, treating me like a stupid person, telling me that I didn't understand what they were telling me, I will definitely not return to that store.

I came here to convert my prepaid to postpaid. I thought it was gonna be a simple conversion so I didn't bother to look up the price and plan details before. Turns out they only showed me the 3 most expensive plans. I don't blame the staff. He worked hard to have my number ported. But man, why are you like this, T-Mobile?

T-Mobile has been a nightmare. I was excited to make the move to tmobile and they offered to pay off our phones for switching, but the catch was that I had to pay them off first and then they would reimburse me right after, so I paid over $2600 to pay them off and waited and waited. Finally after several months and several phone conversations with so many different people, I received my money. Fast forward to present, Verizon offered to give me new phones for my 6 lines for free to make the move, but I wanted to give tmobile a chance. After calling and getting no call back from the first person that promised to call me, I had someone set me up with the same deal. Even though they verified my address, they somehow setup the wrong ship to address. I notice as soon as I receive the email, so I talk to 2 different people the same day and they both say that it will be fixed before the phones ship. The next day I get tracking and it's for the wrong address, so I call again. They have me call UPS to fix and of course that didn't work, so they say the only other option is to cancel and start over. I canceled, and now I'm headed to Verizon

Service is great. the only thing is when told, I have to put a small down payment on a new phone that's 500 plus screen protector and otter box case. The total to put down is almost 600? Might as well buy the phone outright. Seriously, that's not what's called a small down-payment. Just tell me buy everything. Lol smh

Came in this store on Friday and was helped by a young man named Thanh or Tranh? I feel hottible for forgetting his name. But, he was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything I asked him. Ended up getting an extra Kid's SyncUp watch for my youngest, too! Really appreciate his help getting us in and out and helping us not pay a lot! Thank you!!

He provided one of the best patient experiences I’ve had with a provider. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help me with the things I needed. Absolutely amazing and I greatly appreciate his help.

Honestly awful experience. Marisa - I spoke with her in detail on the phone about a specific Apple Watch in color starlight. I verified with her three times that there were two of this watch in stock, and she assured me that they were in stock and being set aside for me. I drove across town to pick them up only to find out they had zero of this item. Already inconvenienced, I decided to proceed with the two silver watches they did have in stock. After one hour, and 10 minutes in the store, I was told one of those watches would be unavailable, because somehow it had been attached to some other customers account. after much discussion, we decided to order the starlight watch to be sent to my home. Detailed discussion around when it would ship and arrive because I would be leaving town and did not want to sitting on my porch. Kendra promised me three times that it would ship same day and arrive by Thursday. only for me to find out now, it has not shipped and is not expected to ship until two or three days from now. Basically, these people will lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign up for something or buy some thing with no regard for your personal needs as a customer. Absolutely terrible zero stars
