I complained 2 t mobile about this location and nothing happened. My father and I got there 1st thing when they opened. It was the day my dad got his dentures in October! We came 4 our free gifts. They made me get my dad out of the car 2 get his gift even tho I showed both our phones. My dad is mobility impaired. I got him out the car. we had 2 wait on other ppl 2 get served b4 we got served, then they had the nerve 2 try and sell us their internet! Again, I complained immediately 2 their number, 611. Far as I know, nothing has ever happened. We weren't called, smh.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The lack of professionalism that goes on in this store is wild. The moment you take a step inside of the building, your ears hurt from the music blasting out of the speaker they have on display. And if you ask them to turn it down, they will give you a look and an attitude to follow.As if it was the worst thing to ask them. Oh, and PLEASE don't turn it down. To actually have a conversation with the sales personnel. Because that will cause them to not only turn it up. But turn it up to maximum volume and mutter stuff towards you. As if you can't touch the items they have on display for you to touch. Now, there is a little bright light at the end of the tunnel. With this location, it is very clean & in a very good area.I should still point out my salesman Bryan. He seemed to be very new and did not have all of the information we were seeking, but he did try his best the entire time. He kept apologizing for the behavior of his co-workers. But I would not recommend this location to anyone and if you can only make it to this location. I recommend asking for Bryan. He was the highlight of The Visit for being very professional when the rest of his co-workers weren't. But if you can not take a very noisy environment, that's supposed to be professional. Stay away from this location.

Guy there is horrible i went an with my 2 lines to redeem for my Tmobile Tuesday app and was told i can only get 1 and he sent me off saying go to another store because he refuses to let me get both. I will not recommend this store if your going to get your tmobile Tuesday item bad business!

Jessie was very helpful and patient. My daughter was looking for a new phone and he reviewed every deal with her, reviewed the bill thoroughly and provided information regarding the best option for her. If you visit T-Mobile ask for Jessie and make your new phone purchase with him.

I went to this store because it is the closest location to my house. Big mistake. I walked and told the salesperson I needed a new phone/ upgrade. I decided to walk out empty handed after I had to be the to look up the stats of the phone he was trying to sell me. I assumed he was looking up the stats I asked him about because he constantly typing on his phone but it turned out to be totally unrelated to the customer standing less than a foot from him.

I stopped in to the store because my phone wasn’t charging. It turned out that the issue was debris in the charging port. Rob was the associate who helped me remove the debris. He took care of the problem quickly and I was out of the store within 5 mins. Great service.

I got my new iPhone from this location and was helped by Andrea. She was so nice and helpful. She made sure I understood everything before I left. I switched from AT&T because of all the hidden fees and since I switched my monthly bill has gone down drastically and I even got a portable laptop that carries internet wherever I go. I will never leave this company. She is always available for and questions or concerns I have. If you go here ask for her she is amazing and very knowledgeable.

Andrea was very informative I didn’t know much about androids and I’m switching from iPhones bc I’m just done with the iPhone fad and she knew exactly what I was talking about right on the spot so. She sold me on the computer with Wi-Fi bc I travel as electrician for work omg does it work . I have to hand it to her she showed me everything I needed to know like I said info is key to me. I won’t even stop if I don’t see her in there.

Jesse & Violet were extremely helpful but also SO PATIENT! We switched over from Verizon & so far I am beyond happy with everything. They deserve all the praise & bumps in titles or raises lol
