This restaurant really is BAD!!!!! Waited OVER 30 minutes to NOT get food! Demanded money back. Manager didn’t even know how to credit my card! So he gave me cash…. DON’T go here! I implore you: DON’T!!!!!

Usually decent - usually fast - recently slow. I was given 4 free coupons because something caused a delay in the drive thru (35 minutes) - coupons for a free taco, soft taco, or Doritos locos taco - I came in a few days later to redeem them - they expired in 2022 - and when I came back, they were not accepted. I laughed a little. Thanks for nothing :).

Guy at the drive thru was polite and sincere when we asked for no sourcream on anything in one of box meals and had to come around a second time because there was sourcream in both orders..but whoever the cook was didn't care enough to remake the food because other than the one item the drive thru guy fixed himself for us there was sourcream still on the food, my fiancée iS highly and violently allergic to sour cream and this could've been really bad for both my fiancée and for taco bell had he not checked his order throuroly..NEWS FLASH any attempt to scrape off sour cream does not guarantee there isn't any danger ..especially when you poorly left quite a bit in the food....

Terrible customer service. They will let you stand at the counter forever without acknowledging you. They give priority to the drive thru and ignore the dine in customers.

The drive thru menu board is broken. I waited in a very long line got to the window to place my order and the manager told me I had to go back thru the line to the broken menu board and wait for verbal instructions to order. I spoke to another manager who also would not take my order unless I went back through the long line and waited at the broken menu board for verbal ordering instructions. I was told it slows down the line. The broken menu board aparently doesn't slow down production somehow. There should be a sign made and taped on the broken menu board to tell customers to wait for someone to talk to them or you will be forced thru the line again. I honestly was insulted and treated poorly on this Saturday evening and I can find other establishments more appreciative to spend my money with.

Holy moly! I ordered online thinking I'd get my food by the time I got there....WRONG!12/2/23 11pm the night crew overwhelmed with orders I guess. By the time I got my food it was cold and thrown together. This isn't the 1st time but something needs to change..

Ordered food through their app, and never received my order! I called the restaurant and they didn't care, saying "since the order was placed THROUGH THEIR APPLICATION it wasn't their problem. I spent over 50 dollars on this order and was just scammed by THIS TACO BELL on white settlement road. Do not eat here, do not order from here, do not conduct any business here! If you don't want to be scammed and treated like ish!!!

I didn't go into the restaurant. I had to wait in drive through a bit. And, when I got to the window, the lady tried to rush me on. She denied trying to rush me along. I gave my credit card, I only needed 5 seconds to place it back in my wallet.... she was saying here is your tacos, like take it. Not a great experience ?.
