I was told ordering from the store 2 home was free. Apparently, that's only 4 their fully overpriced items. DISCOUNT items ship at a rate of $2.50 PLUS TAX INDIVIDUALLY.

I was at University Village trying on clothes and there was a man going in and out of the dressing rooms
I told the employee and she didn’t do anything about it
I would not try on clothes again. You can’t feel safe. Once more they didn’t care.

In from out of town, I had 30 minutes to find 2 convention appropriate outfits. A BIG THANK YOU to the salesman who helped me picked out outfits and to saleswoman who helped coordinate in the fitting room!! You made it possible for me to have 2 very attractive outfits, and you both got behind the rush I was in. I made it back in time for the luncheon and looked professionally cute yesterday and today! I was with my mother doing some shopping. A nice wonderful young man came into the store there on University Street and had inquired about employment if the store hired males to work in the store. Clearly you could tell that he was a homosexual not a straight male. But I myself in the number of years have never seen the store higher or have a male as a sales associate. He asked the sales lady who seem to be management if the store hired or employed males as sales associates to which she said yes and that is a flat-out line. Telling a lie is a horrible thing. For a while, for a while we will protest by not coming back into the store simply because of a lie.

Cindy at the desk was demeaning and rude when I was trying to find out about an online order. I have shopped here for over 30 years but not anymore.
